There are no complaints about the pick-up point, but there are complaints about the facility. Frequent "technical interruptions" despite the fact that it says 5 minutes have to wait much longer. No one is against breaks, specify a specific interval for which a break is organized, for example, "14:00-14:15", so that it is worth waiting or easier to visit the pick-up point next time.

The pick-up point is located in a convenient location. Friendly and courteous staff. There is a fitting room. Nearby there is a cafe, pharmacy, grocery store. There are public transport stops and parking nearby.
