That is really good place to observe The Palm from high and visit museum as well. But need to choose time when it is not crowded, but then it will be very hot season.

Horrible queues, we waited over 2 hours. They give you no estimate how much longer it will take, and you always see only a single section of the queue. You need to queue even to get out when you're done. Stay away.

the lock broke in the toilet, the staff could not understand what happened, had to raise a voice so that people pay attention. the help came only after the interpreter I told me to bring the answer, and I had taken the lock myself. no compensation, except for apologies.

A great viewing platform for the whole of Dubai, in my opinion one of the best to view the entire city from all sides 360 degrees. The ticket price includes an interactive tour with a story about how the island was filled in, everything is very modern and beautiful. The playground is very pretty, made of glass, which does not interfere with the view, and is also equipped with spots for beautiful photos, music is playing, there are not a lot of people, which is comfortable. There are only positive impressions, it takes your breath away, I advise everyone.

The view is cool in any direction! We took a taxi instead of a monorail. We arrived at 11 a.m. The haze was gone and visibility was excellent by this time. The queue in the morning is small, mostly sightseeing groups of neighbors from China)) Tickets were bought on the spot for 110. 1.5 hours flew by unnoticed. My wife and son still remember it with delight. Moreover, it is unknown how long this artificial island will last))

Definitely worth a visit! First, they will tell you the story of how the island was built, then they will conduct an interactive event, and then you will take a high-speed elevator to the site! These are very beautiful views! Everything is made of glass! There is a cafe, restrooms, and a souvenir shop on the observation deck, by the way, on a particularly expensive one)

We were on the observation deck as part of a sightseeing tour, and I really wanted to get on it. The view is great, but before you reach the elevator, you will go through a hall where you will be told about the history of the Palm Tree (interactive for 3 minutes), then the next hall with a large screen, where you also need to watch a film about the history of the UAE for 5 minutes and then through the minimuseum exit to the elevator. All in all, it's interesting, I've got it. But of course, the sun is not childishly hot upstairs, so you must bring a hat and water with you. The view is circular, but of course you can see what is in the distance, but it remains a haze, and then you're lucky with the weather.

The site offers views of Dubai and the Palm Tree. I took a ticket to the outdoor area on the 54th floor, it's more expensive, but with access everywhere without a queue. The playground is small and almost empty. They say that you can stay there for up to 30 minutes, but in fact everyone walks as much as they want. Very cool experience and gorgeous views.

The views are great, the impressions are great, I recommend you to visit, but it is important to know some points that I will describe below. Visited in mid-February 2026. I bought tickets every day using the app trip.com , where it is possible to pay with any Russian card. It was not possible to choose a fast ticket from the available slots, as many recommend, so I chose a regular ticket in the evening, I wanted to catch the sunset. I also read in the reviews that it was a very long wait in line for the elevator - it took me 40 minutes from the moment the ticket was shown to the exit on the 52nd floor. Waiting was really uncomfortable for many because of the enclosed space and stuffiness from the crowd, some children in the queue felt sick, so you should pay attention to this if you go with the kids. There were relatively few people on the site itself, you could always find a place to take a photo or just enjoy the view. The heat had already subsided by 17 o'clock, it was comfortable to be there. I spent about 2 hours upstairs, during which time I walked around the playground several times and drank coffee. During this time, the queue for the elevator (which was at the time of my exit from the elevator) dispersed and the waiting time for the elevator took no more than 5 minutes.

We visited The View observation deck on our own. The ticket price is 120 dirhams. The ascent to the site begins through the entrance located in the Nakheel Mall shopping and entertainment center. The view from above of Palm Jumeirah is amazing. Very beautiful.

I don't recommend it. There is a queue for at least 2 hours before the elevator to the 52nd floor on a regular ticket , after which you no longer have the mood to look at palm trees . The option to take a VIP ticket that allows you to bypass the queue, unfortunately, no one will tell us about it. As a result , it took 2 hours to get to the elevator , 5 minutes to watch , and another 1.5 hours to get back down . Think for yourself and plan the time when you want to visit this location. We felt sorry for spending almost 4 hours in the queue.

I can only give you two stars and that's for the history of the palm tree. Crowds of people. Surprised (unpleasant) that the observation deck is open. We were brought in during the day and it was almost unbearable. The view was marred by frequent "frames". The feeling of panoramicity was lost. The exit is through the store, where he's trying to sell you everything for three times the price.

This place is just great! To get to the observation deck, you need to climb to the second floor of Nakheel Mall. You can purchase a ticket on the spot before 16:30 for 110 dirhams — a great price for an experience that will be remembered for a long time. First of all, we went to the museum of the history of the creation of the island of Palm Jumeirah. Exhibitions, interactive games and a short film immersed us in the atmosphere of the amazing transformation of the desert landscape into a modern metropolis. We enjoyed learning a lot of new things and felt like we were a part of this story. But the most exciting part begins when you get into a high-speed elevator. In just 45 seconds, it will take you to the 52nd floor, where a real show awaits you. The elevator moves to music and visual effects that vary depending on the floor. This creates a feeling of magic and immerses you in the atmosphere of the holiday. Finally, you find yourself on the observation deck. There are incredible views that cannot be described in words. You need to see this with your own eyes. The city, the sea, the sky — everything merges into a single whole, creating a feeling of boundless vastness and freedom. Every moment on this site is a small miracle that you want to remember forever.

A complete disappointment for that kind of money. Lifting for two people cost about 8 tons of rubles. The ticket was the cheapest. We went up specially in the evening to see everything illuminated. But we watched a movie about how this island was filled out, played interactive floor games, stood in line for ordinary people next to the queue for elite people. The only difference was that they were the first to enter the rooms and the elevator. And as a result, we got a view of 3. Even a palm tree like a palm tree is not illuminated there.

Great view of Dubai. If you're lucky, and the day is without smog/haze, then the view is generally amazing. There is a cafe upstairs, with prices according to the height, but you can sit and enjoy the view. Because of the haze, the sunset will turn out to be heavily blurred, and you also need to catch the weather. As a point to visit, I recommend it. The passage without VIP and fast-track is fast enough for us, so look at the situation and workload.

Waiting - beautiful bird's-eye views. The reality is exhausting queues, from room to room. And the cloudy glass between the frames. We got to this Palm Tree in early February 2026 in the program of the excursion from FUN SUN. No one warned us that we would have to stand in queues for at least an hour and a half until we got to the elevator. In several rooms, there are junior school-level installations on the floor in English about how the bulk island was built, as well as a short video about how the sheikh realized his childhood dream, also in English. They start the queue in parts to the new hall, and all the time it seems that the elevator is coming soon. But he's still not there(( There is nowhere to sit during the queue. I have to stand. And there is a huge crowd on the observation deck itself. The glasses are curved, cloudy, glare, it's hard to see, you can only take pictures in pieces, and then there's a queue for descent, although time is limited. That is, 5 minutes are allocated to the site itself!!! The rest of the hour and a half are queues, queues. Total disappointment. Thank you for not imposing souvenirs, you just have to go through the souvenir shop at the exit, pushing between the stands with souvenirs with prices inflated several times, relative to the souvenir shop of our hotel. The queue is divided by ribbons - for ordinary people and for VIPs. Apparently, the entrance to the toilet is closed to ordinary people ((( I had to climb through the tapes and through the dissatisfaction of the staff. One-time viewing. If it wasn't for the tour, we wouldn't have gone. Nothing special. Spectacular on the outside and exhausting and nothing on the inside.

We were in December 2023, in the morning. The queue is long, but we passed it quickly. A short tour of the history of construction, a high-speed elevator ride and you are at an altitude with stunning views of Palm and Dubai. In sunny weather, everything is perfectly visible, the glasses do not glare, because they are tilted. Both adults and children really liked it.

Excellent viewing platform.First, they show a short film about how the Palm Tree was washed and filled. Then the elevator takes you to the 52nd floor. This is the viewing platform with an all-round view. The view of the Palm Tree and the surrounding area is gorgeous. But it must be borne in mind that a fairly dense haze is a common phenomenon in the Emirates. This is, of course, a "minus", but it will not spoil the overall impression. The ticket price before 15-30 and after 19-00 is 100 dirhams. In addition, there is an opportunity to ride the monorail and visit the bolshoy Nakhil Mall.

The observation deck is located at the Palm Tower Hotel. The entrance is on the left side (a taxi takes you to the hotel entrance). The hotel is located at the top of the trunk of a palm tree. I really liked the story and the video about how this island was built. I found out an interesting fact that the original project was the sun and in the process it was changed to a palm tree. The view from the site is good, both on the branches of the palm tree and on the city. You can take photos. There are several coffees on top (there is a pizzeria). The price for one is 150 dirhams. They take photos at the bottom and offer them in a frame and in plastic. The price is 200 dirhams with terrible quality. On the same Frame, the price was 120. There are cafes in the shopping center through which the entrance is. We visited Thai - I really liked it. Delicious and not expensive.

It's a very cool place, we stayed in a palm tree hotel during our vacation and went sightseeing. We saw this tower and decided to visit, it turns out that it has a bodice leading to the top 50+ floor, from which an observation deck opens to all the beauty, everything is done so beautifully that you can't take your eyes off!

It's a great view, more interesting than the Burj Khalifa (although it's worth a visit). A small guided tour is included in the entrance to the observation deck. Get tickets in advance to the highest point, unfortunately, we didn't get there because we ran out of tickets. It's more convenient to watch and take photos there.

The view is not bad, but it is worth considering the fact that queues are almost always there, regardless of the season and time of day. Those who are not ready to stand in line, of course, there is a separate lifting service out of line, but this service is not cheap (about 300 dirhams per person). Moreover, you will also have to stand in line for the descent, so take these factors into account when choosing this place...

We lived nearby (Dukes), so those who come by monorail went up through the mall, they only went up 1 level. Unfortunately, online ticket ordering (and it is cheaper) using the UP card from RSHB did not work, I had to buy at the box office. Before going up to the playground, there is a small movie about the story, and then an interactive "show". Then climb to the 52nd floor. The elevator is fast - it fills my ears like when an airplane takes off. The site itself offers a great view, but the sun will not allow you to look at the city under your feet for a long time. Due to the wide and thick edges of the frame, it is difficult to take a panorama. There are quite a lot of people, but if you wait out the influx of those who have just risen in your session, then it becomes freer and you can safely approach the glass and steps on which you can take a picture.

I visited this place without expectations, just to put a check mark in my itinerary. The cost of a ticket for Russian money is approximately 4,500 rubles. This is a visit to the middle part of the tower, if the highest and peak point is about 10,000 rubles. If the view is important to you, rather than putting a check mark on your trip, then it's better to visit an institution nearby, there are hookah bars with the same beautiful view and it will be cheaper. There are a lot of people, really, a lot of people - it 's hard to go to the window and see your fairy tale In general, this pastime takes about an hour, as there are queues, and nothing can be done about them.

A new observation deck on a palm tree. We were at the end of October 2024, I recommend visiting at sunset, it's not hot and the view is gorgeous. We got there through a traffic jam by taxi, from there we arranged a whole quest for ourselves - first by monorail, then by tram, then by metro. The metro is overloaded, the monorail is expensive, so it's better to think over the route in advance and buy a local "Troika".

There is also a platform even higher, where the view is even better, without glasses. There are white umbrellas so that the sun does not interfere, do not get burned, and generally take a beautiful photo.

A gorgeous observation deck to the Palm Jumeirah Island and Dubai in general. The entire scale of the island is visible only from a height. The ticket is 100 dirhams/person. First, an interactive area with a visual demonstration of the history of construction, then a short video on the same topic and an elevator ride to the observation deck. The queues are small. The panomara is amazing, photos and videos are appropriate🔥💯

It is positioned as a circular view. In reality, the view is sectoral, the view through the glass, the lintels in the glazing are quite wide - a significant problem for the so-called magazine photo. Moreover, palm island impresses with the grandeur of the project, but not with the view from above. From my point of view, it is not worth the time and money spent.

The most depressing place we went to, the reality is that it's an hour's turn to get up. And you can't immediately assess the scale of the queue, you saw that there were a few people standing on the street, well, OK, we went inside and there was another queue, well, let's wait, they took a picture of us, we went into another room, and there was another queue, then there were free presentations, then another queue. If they had known, they would have bought a fast truck. The view from above, well, the view from above is like in all other skyscrapers, but a huge number of people spoil everything. To go down, wait in line for 20 minutes. In short, we compare them with other skyscrapers, and they are all the same in fact, so it's better to go to Sky View, sit and drink beer or wine with a beautiful view without any queues.
