After an unsuccessful operation at another clinic and incorrectly prescribed treatment, my mother had complications. We turned to Elena Bakhtiyarovna, and she not only quickly sorted out the situation, but also offered an effective solution. Elena Bakhtiyarovna conducted a thorough examination and adjusted the treatment, so that her mother's condition improved significantly. She showed the highest degree of professionalism and sensitivity, explaining all the details to us and calming our worries. We have received full and clear information about further actions and care. Good day to everyone! I want to leave a review after the operation, cataract removal and IOL installation. The operation was successful👍To be honest, I was not afraid much, I was worried, because there is something to compare it with. There was already an earlier experience with the same operation, about which (the place where it was carried out) I'm sorry at the moment. Three years have passed, the promised 100% vision has not been achieved, but only 30% of the Glazolik Clinic was chosen based on positive reviews. I read a lot about the operation itself, I was preparing. The examination before the operation and a conversation with the attending physician Elena Ivanovna. G. and the surgeon, head Elena Bakhtiarovna, dispelled all my doubts. I have received answers to my many questions. And now the day of the operation has come. Everything went well, everything was comfortable, I didn't feel anything at all, just the pleasant, soothing voice of the surgeon. The medical staff of the clinic, the girls, are all attentive, polite and friendly. Five minutes in the chair and everything is ready! I am very glad that I have now applied to the Glazolik clinic! I was there for vision correction, I liked everything very much, it went great , after almost two years the vision remained the same ,100%, at an excellent price,14,000 thousand consultations, 50,000 retinal strengthening, and 280000 vision correction itself,vision was -7 one eye and the second -6, contact lenses were worn for 10 years , doctors and the assistants are all experienced, liked it, polite and civil. Horror. at the age of two, I went to their pediatrician with my child. The child's clots were coming out. The doctor said the ducts are narrow and it will be fine to return. Now we are already going to hypocrisy with the child to the shark doctor and they tell me why you didn't have your ducts cleaned when you were little.That's how incompetent doctors are. Terrible clinic!!! I brought my dad by appointment, for eye washing (the eye festered) dad is an elderly man of 75 years old, disabled. They were not met at the reception normally, they paid 6000, they said they would do the washing first, then they refused to do the procedure, they did not return the money, they behaved rudely!!! Terrible service!!!!! I asked for contacts or the full name of the management, they refused to provide! I do not advise anyone, do not waste your time, money and nerves!!!!!
