I contacted this company on September 13, it was necessary to print a part for the car on the printer. They promised to do it within a month. I took the part for scanning, said what needs to be done in a mirror image, promised to report on the printing processes. After that they disappeared, a month later I wrote to them, they said they had some technical problems. They asked me to wait a little longer. As a result, I called and asked how to pick up my part, which I gave for scanning. I went and picked it up, gave the director's number, and told him to dial it. After contacting the director, there were promises that they were already doing it, one of these days they could pick it up. As a result, he disappeared again for a month. A month later, I call the director again, again he says that it's ready, he clarified which plastic is better to print from. As a result, I took the part only in January. As it turned out, it was never mirrored)))) The quality of the detail is terrible, it is purple in the photo. I attach photos, correspondence and details. After that, I turned to another prinr3_dd organization, in three days they printed what they needed and gave it back. The quality is excellent. The photo is black
