Of the three cases, applications from different entities have not been received. I'm not arguing that it's always more convenient to take a fresh order right away than to go to the finishing work, but what should a simple client do in this case? Personally, I asked to change the fixtures more than once, the first time I did not respond at all, after a few weeks I wrote again, received an answer that we would do it, and again ignored. My sister's film broke, they promised to do the same, but in the end no one came. A friend's wires on the lamp have melted, the story is the same.
