I tried hard and hard to explain to the seller that this was not my fault, and demanded to replace the damaged bottle, our conversation lasted about 10 minutes, after which I asked for a book of complaints and suggestions, to which the seller said change the bottle, I will pay for it myself and will not be impoverished. I said well, you could have done it right away and not compromise. Now I have heard rumors that allegedly the director of this store wants to somehow embarrass me in front of the whole Klimovichi))). Allegedly, he will post an entry on the Internet. And now I turn to you, the store director: let's try it and see who will be right after that. First of all, now I will come to your store anyway and leave a complaint in the book. Secondly, I warn you if, without my consent, a publication is published somewhere on the Internet, etc., then I will be forced to go to court. If you want to find out who is right or wrong, let's try it. Thirdly, learn the law on consumer rights and trade rules. Fourth, teach sellers how to communicate with customers. I can describe a lot of things about this store, but I won't, every consumer knows this store, so I look at reviews and one negative.
