And all she said was that she needed to come for more than one treatment. The cost is very high, but the quality and service are poor. Just siphoning off money.

For a doctor of the highest category, the answers to my questions sounded like from the mouth of an inexperienced student: "I don't know, you can treat, you can't treat, it's probably better not to touch, etc." It's just shameful for a doctor of the highest category not to be able to explain to a client and give confident clear answers, it feels like that the doctor is not confident in himself at all and is afraid to take responsibility, and this is the highest category! A little more complicated and the doctor does not know how to explain and what is better to do in this situation! And I didn't take up polishing the seal at all, because I was afraid that something would happen! This is the first time I've encountered such a doctor's insecurity and such a fear of doing the simplest job! A doctor is primarily about responsibility, not about fear and insecurity. A slightly more complicated task and a non-standard question, and the doctor is immediately lost! I do not recommend a doctor! And it is simply unthinkable for a private clinic to have such a formal attitude towards a client without a desire to help. It feels like only simple cases are welcome here, a few customers who silently listen and nod and who can just be fooled and get money. In other clinics, there is a coordinated work of the entire team and a desire to help, but here there is a purely formal attitude and a fear of taking responsibility and a lack of desire to solve the client's requests and help choose the optimal solution to his problem. Rather, the desire to quickly get rid of a client who does not keep silent, but asks a lot of questions, because the doctor himself understands what he is asking and what he is talking about.

Yulia I. Nizhnik, a doctor, is extremely unpleasant, repulsive, unfriendly, arrogant, you have to pull out all the information with ticks, allows yourself to make unflattering comments without asking the client. In addition, the professionalism of this doctor is extremely questionable. According to the results of her X-ray examination, she saw caries under the filling (on visual inspection, everything is fine with the tooth!) and she told me to treat a recently healed tooth (4 months of filling!). I went to another specialist at the same clinic and to three other dentists at other fairly large dentists:All four doctors said that there was absolutely no caries on the picture and it was close! Here is such an "excellent" specialist Nizhnik Yulia Igorevna, who will treat absolutely healthy teeth for you!! The dual position of the director of this clinic is extremely unclear.:when talking to her on the phone, she said that Nizhnik was wrong, that the tooth was not cured only on the basis of a picture, they always look at the tooth in the oral cavity and if there are problems there, then only then the tooth is repaired, and there may be artifacts and errors in the picture! And in response to my written complaint, the director already writes that Nizhnik is right and only on the basis of the snapshot can the tooth be repaired, which she (Nizhnik) allegedly recommended to me at the reception (and recommended it to me when I returned myself and pulled information out of Nizhnik with ticks, because the so-called "doctor" did not even work properly explain everything and show the client both in the picture and in the mouth, as all good doctors do!)Before the appointment, I read negative reviews about Nizhnik, but unfortunately I missed them, since more than one client writes negative reviews about her, that's saying something!The employee has an extremely low professionality as a doctor and an extremely low level as a person in relation to the client, without absolute respect for him!This doctor obviously did not attend medical ethics and deontology at the medical university!

I was at this clinic on Kazimirovskaya Street today. The doctor took Nizhnik Yulia Igorevna. I said on the phone in advance that I would treat without a microscope. As a patient, I have the right to receive information about treatment methods and participate in their selection. In my opinion, the doctor reacted unprofessionally to the consultation: she wanted to interrupt the consultation altogether before my visit to their implantologist (I had to forcefully inform them that I had already consulted a specialist at another clinic), promised to answer the main range of questions when we returned to the reception, but there she simply handed me a paper with a treatment plan and she left without even remembering that she promised to clarify the issues of treatment and cost to me. As a result, the cost of treatment according to the document, which I was promptly and persistently offered to sign, turned out to be 2.5 times higher than previously announced during recording and the use of a microscope was also included. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste from the visit. Consultation presupposes obtaining information in itself. The doctor tried to free herself from this burden as much as possible. I regret that I did not refuse payment.
