We were not pleased with flying into DXB. Too crowded, signs weren’t clear, taxi ride was deceptively overpriced - compared to our taxi ride to the airport. Our taxi driver went out of our journey to get gas, and charged us for the extra time. Also went off the main travel road that lengthened our ride and added more money to the fare. The lines for the electronic scan were not directed well and many were in the line that didn’t belong there. This made the line take longer than necessary. Even after a long waiting line for immigration, we still had to wait for our checked bag. Flying through DXB really made us appreciate the Abu Dhabi Airport.

One of the best international airports I have ever been to. Could be relatively overcrowded during the peak hours but still provide necessary facilities for convenient departure/arrival. Better to come at least 2 hours before the departure.

Good day for all people! I was to Dubai in international airport 3 years ago. I flew from Moscow, after I flew in Singapore. I’m a seafarer I often to travel . In my opinion , this is the best airport , good duty free, not expensive different costs, personnel is really friendly !
