A wonderful hotel, a delicious breakfast, although not very varied, a lot of Arabic dishes. We were in a Deluxe room, and for an additional fee they put a bed for us for a child. Initially, in the UAE, it is provided that a child under 11 years old sleeps in the same bed with his parents, the bed is large. Towels and shampoo jars were changed every day. There was a kettle and tea in the room, coffee was also brought daily, as well as a bottle of water per person. The rooftop pool is open, heated. There is a very small children's room separately. There is not much space by the pool, but you can sunbathe on the sunbed. Smoking by the pool is a minus. There is a free shuttle service to the beach only in the morning.

The breakfasts are normal, the hotel is for 4 people. So everything is fine, but it does not reach 4*. For comfort , cleanliness , renovation, restaurant.
I do not recommend ordering food from the menu in the room. If they somehow cope with buffet-style breakfasts, then when it comes to more complex dishes, the cook apparently lacks qualifications. So Caesar salad was ordered, it was generally made as if Stewart was called to clean the rooms and asked him to plan something as a salad, seasoned with Caesar sauce, but it is notable, it catches in the throat, and probably 2/3 portions of salad leaves are piled up, a little cheese, a couple of pieces and crackers, but cherie tomatoes forgot to put. Good day. That's the end of our vacation at this hotel. Now take turns:
1. The food is monotonous, but normal.
2. We had the 14th floor (the next one is only the pool), which is probably why there were smudges on the ceiling. All the accessories were in place, cleaned every day. But they did not wipe the dust (the bed was made, the towels were changed, the water was put on- everything).
3. You can not call cleanliness
4. The service is not about them, in general. No smile, no help, customer orientation- not about them in general!
5. They take us at 9:30 and pick us up at 12:30 - there is nothing you can do to our people. Everyone is pushing, ants are scuffling. We drove with them once and never set foot again. We went for 40 dirhams to a paid beach, there were no waves (there are breakwaters) and there is a cafe (not expensive) and sun beds with umbrellas (something about 30 dirhams). Much nicer. It takes 15 minutes by taxi.
6. The location of the hotel is terrible. You can only go to the embankment and then not to the most picturesque one. As it is, unfinished buildings and garbage are everywhere. Fu-fu is shorter.
7. The husband said, "We won't go anymore." If we go, it will only be to Dubai, closer to the Burj Khalifa. Because there is nothing else anywhere.

We returned on 11/10/24. We stayed in this hotel for 10 days.
The room is good, coffee, tea, cream, sugar, water - all the time.
They cleaned it every day.
About food, yes, it's monotonous, but you can eat. Fruits, nuts, baked goods, cheese, etc... What else do you need?
The location is not so bad, shops, cafes are within walking distance. The free beach is 5 minutes away by shuttle or 25 minutes on foot.
The fact that they carry 1 time, yes, it sucks.

The pool is not bad, the sun beds are old, but not so dead.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2024.
The buffet was good, they never left hungry.
The room was on the 13th floor, the bed was comfortable. There were 2 0.5 bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar and paper napkins in the room every day.
Unfortunately, the closets and bedside tables did not smell pleasant and unfortunately our things were always in the suitcase.
I was quite satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, but the quality of cleaning every day is really a little lame. They only change towels, make your bed and bring you the same water and other supplies.

There is a shuttle service to the beach, but if you want to visit it yourself, you will need to show the hotel voucher.

Meals: we had breakfast, and dinner/lunch to choose from.
I GUARANTEE you that you will not stay hungry. The food is European, delicious, 70 percent is NOT spicy, the remaining 30 are insular. In short:
breakfast: Cereals, muesli, fruits, vegetables, sausages, eggs in 3 variations, pancakes, sausage/cheese, olives, dried tomatoes, nuts 2-3 types (walnuts/ almonds mostly) coffee/tea/juices to choose from.
For dinner / lunch, approximately the same menu by number: 2-3 meat dishes, 1 independent dish, several side dishes, soup, salads, fruits (pineapple, kiwi, apples, peaches, watermelons, melons)

There is a black coating of mold or dirt on the phone and hair dryer wire, but both are terrible. When trying to change the room, they found out that it was impossible because the hotel was allegedly overcrowded, but I think because all the rooms are equally old, dirty and moldy. 5. We rested at this hotel from February 12 to February 19, 2023. We were in the Emirates for the first time.
I'll start with the reception - there is no Russian-speaking staff.
Then about the number. The furniture is all old, the closet, when you open it, "groans". The walls are dirty, the carpet is stained, the curtains are stained. In the bathroom, water appears from nowhere, even when you don't take a shower. The water was right on the floor.
There was no balcony in our room. The linen did not dry out overnight.

We only took breakfast. The breakfasts are monotonous, but you will not stay hungry. From fruits - watermelon (not always ripe), pineapple and papaya.
There are many shops and cafes near the hotel. You can eat for every taste and budget. The prices are reasonable.
The weather was gorgeous, 25-30 degrees. The sea is cool, but you can swim. I took a bus to the beach. At 10 o'clock they were picked up from the hotel, at 13 o'clock they left back. Entrance to the beach is free, sun beds are paid (10 dirhams), umbrella - 30 dirhams. You need to take towels with you. But many sunbathed just on the sand.
The sea is clean, transparent, the sand is white.
The only bad impression left was from the room.
We will return to the Emirates, but not to this hotel for sure!

It's beautiful only in the hall, but even there the upholstery is so dirty that it's scary to sit down. The bus goes to the beach 2 times in the morning, getting in is a problem. The only plus is that you can walk to the shops, and nearby inexpensive cafes . And the myth that they do not steal in the UAE was dispelled by the staff of this hotel, because a package with a jacket and glasses was forgotten on the sofa in the lobby, we went on a tour and did not worry, always if they forgot something in the halls of hotels, they gave everything in the evening, here, although the hall is all in video cameras, just spread their hands that no one saw anything. They can also start cleaning the next room in the middle of the night, yelling, rumbling prom. it is impossible to stop them with a vacuum cleaner, that's such an Indian service.

The hotel is really shabby. There was 1 outlet at the sink in my room. The rest are as in the photo. Therefore, take powerbanks. Cleaning every day, but I asked not to be disturbed, so they cleaned every other day. Tea, coffee, sugar and water (1L per person) were renewed during cleaning. The food is monotonous, but not bad. Be careful with spicy dishes, try it. Oh, yes! Take pastries with you every breakfast) It's insanely delicious!!! (Only for breakfast).Thank you so much for this yummy! Each meal is a sweeter melon and watermelon (not quite ripe yet). The shuttle takes you to the beach at 10, takes you from there at 13 h. The sea and sand are clean, the approach is gorgeous, the beach is clean.

A great hotel for your money.
The food is edible. The room is clean. Towels are rarely changed. 1 time in 4 days. The bed has never been changed in 7 days.
Of the minuses, there is no heated towel rail in the bathroom. Towels are always damp. Things are also not dried.
There are several cafes and several supermarkets near the hotel. Quiet area. A lot of Indians.

The pool did not work most of the stay at the hotel. Some rubbish is dripping from the ceiling. The food is monotonous. Of the drinks, juices were only for breakfast (two types). For lunch and dinner, just water and tea with coffee. In the rooms, the audibility is maximum, I heard some guy coughing in the next room.

We got a smoky room, we asked to change it for four days, the room was changed, but the view from the window was not very good! The towel was changed every day, the bed was made, but the floor cleaning in the bathroom and room was never done!
If you don't ask yourself, nothing will happen by itself, it's about cleaning or floor or water, so-so service!, But if you tolerate everything, you can survive! 3 out of 5. Many are patient and silent, they are taken to the beach for free, in a crowded bus! Recreation for older people!
