When I was there, two employees went in search of the goods in front and hung out for a long time, I don't even know, maybe they had dinner there))) People shouted at them so that at least one could write off the money to those who had received it earlier, and had already "taken root there" from endless waiting. I don't understand why I couldn't go out alone to calculate. Where are the words "Hello"? We're kicking the box, but you can't say please take it? As a result, they did not wait for the payment and left. And so the search for the parcel was on everyone.... Terribly…

The disgusting attitude of the employees towards the goods received. We managed to lose a 30 cm plate (not a small item at all), the girl replied that this happens, goods are lost, leave a number, we will inform you how we find it (i.e. this has not been the first case at this pick-up point for a long time). I explained that I was leaving for another city today and I needed this product there, and I couldn't wait for a call when they found it. The only way to get a refund in this case is to wait 14 days, when the product will be automatically canceled and only then will the money be refunded to me. The amount is certainly not that big, but it's still unpleasant that due to the fault of the staff at the pick-up point, who managed to lose a long box in a completely small warehouse, I was left without money and without a gift. Please take some measures to make employees more responsible for the organization of storage in the warehouse.

There was an unpleasant situation with my order at the pick-up point. Not only was my order lost and not called back, but it also turned out during a personal visit that it had been given to another person! How it was possible to issue an order without a barcode or a number is unknown! Please take measures to improve the operation of the pick-up point and avoid similar mistakes in the future.
