The toilet in this institution is a separate topic...Isn't there a toilet for patients in the building??? A toilet located on the street is generally a nightmare...it seems to me that even in the most abandoned village there is no such toilet, with such unsanitary conditions!!! And this is the toilet in the republican center!!!! In my opinion, the toilet has never been cleaned since it was built, there is no urn, garbage is piled up to the ceiling!!!! And it's not even free!!! Is it really impossible to make normal conditions????
