Good time of day. I would like to express my gratitude to the medical staff of the transfusiology department, the stem cell and blood bank! Special thanks to the head of the Obidova Mukhaya Makhmudovna! Under her strict guidance, patients receive excellent medical care, the department is very clean and tidy. The medical staff is highly qualified, works smoothly, and pays attention to each patient. The hospital has all the necessary equipment.
We are very satisfied with the accepted treatment, we recommend it to anyone who needs to take ozone therapy or other treatment!

The consultant doctor at the reception was supposed to provide advice, but did not do it. As a result, we passed blood tests, but did not receive consultations, although this center took money for it (we received unsubscriptions in a telegram). Shamefully. You are doctors - you take money, but you do not provide help.

I was at a hematologist's appointment a little over two weeks ago, I want to share my impressions... The reception desk gave a number without problems, but for the staff working on the computer 6-7 minutes to issue a number is a long time. Next is the queue to the office of the hematologist, who has a working day from 8:00, but he came at 8:15 and changed clothes for another 15 minutes... On average, it took him 30-35 minutes of time per patient, also not fast (I was the fourth). When I got to the doctor's office, he looked at the referral and buried his face in the computer, I hope he was listening to me. His first question, after my story, was: will you be able to pay 402,400 soums? I asked, and if I can't, then you won't treat me? He replied: if you can't pay, then I will remove the B12 test (as it turned out, it is the most expensive of all). Of course, I asked: and without B12 analysis, will you be able to make a diagnosis? The answer was yes. Then I asked why add an analysis if it is not particularly important? The doctor replied: so that the examination is complete. Of course, I paid, donated blood, and was told to come back for the result the next day. After sitting in line for two and a half hours (they don't give numbers for the results, there's a live queue), the next day I got to the doctor and his first question was: well, what should I write appointments, will you be able to be treated, otherwise the drugs are expensive? I said, well, you can write cheaper analogues. And the doctor replied: cheap medicines do not help... I clarified: the more expensive the better? The doctor said yes. So draw conclusions. By the way, a doctor's consultation costs 87,500 soums. And when the blood was taken from the vein, there was also a bruise... But the hospital has a big name... I do not recommend it...
