I am extremely disappointed with my experience renting a car from this company. I was charged a deposit of 3000 AED, and despite returning the vehicle in perfect condition over 40 days ago, the deposit has yet to be returned to me.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, including sending approximately five polite emails, but the company has still not taken any action to return my deposit. This level of customer service is truly unacceptable.
Moreover, when I returned the car, the drop-off process was far from smooth. Although the meeting time at the Dubai airport was pre-arranged, I had to wait around for the attendant, who had no issues with the car upon inspection.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly caution others to reconsider renting from this company, especially if you value timely customer service and deposit refunds.
