I want to express my extreme indignation at the level of service in your store. The visit took place on 02/20/2026. The situation is as follows: at the time of my arrival, only one ticket office was operating. I honestly stood in line. However, when it was my turn, the cashier refused to serve me and sent me to another cashier. The reason? She decided to make a refund to the customer who was standing behind me! That is, my time and my turn were not taken into account at all. This is blatant disrespect for customers. At the second checkout, the situation repeated itself. I didn't have enough of the product, and the cashier politely but firmly refused to go to the warehouse for the rest, again referring to the queue. The question arises: why is the queue of other people more important than serving someone who is already at the checkout? Am I not human? The most outrageous thing happened at the end. I asked for a Book of reviews and suggestions to document the incident. Cashier A.S. Klempach denied me this right. Refusal to provide a Complaint Book is a direct violation of consumer rights and trade rules. Since they didn't give me the book in the store, I'm leaving this review here. I hope the management will conduct an internal investigation, sort out the work of the employees (especially with cashier A.S. Klempach) and take action. Such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable for a network of this level.
