In September 20 (yes, it was the 20th: now, in 24, I came across this "wonderful" store again when buying another phone and was not too lazy to write a review here, because then neither the site (only instagram), nor even on the map it was not) purchased a mobile. The phone is iPhone 11 (128 GB). The store was recommended by friends, the company seems to have been working for about 5 years - there was no doubt.
At first, I liked everything, a polite guy talked, told me everything, explained, the price pleased, ordered - brought on the same day. The box is sealed, everything is confirmed on the official website, they gave as a gift an adapter from an Asian plug to ours, a case and glass (the cheapest, of course; and the glass, as it turned out, was not for this phone at all) - everything is fine, if not for one thing ...
A few days later a defect (marriage) was discovered Cameras: a dark, barely noticeable spot on one of the two cameras.
We called the seller and agreed to drive up and solve the situation on the spot. It all started with the fact that we were told that we need to call up to consult with the service center for this, "this is generally not a 90% warranty case" and the answer will be given only the next day. And it ended up that either we pay 15-20 dollars extra and they change our phone to a new one, or they return the money to us (at that time the dollar exchange rate was jumping and at that price we would not have bought elsewhere and in order to buy elsewhere, we had to pay more anyway), or we give it to an indefinite period (a month and a half, as we were told) in the service. To my question, "what should we pay extra for if you legally have to change it for free?" we were told that we can tell you that we do not have them available...
My wife did not want to deal with this dishonest seller and as a result we paid $ 10 extra for what we should change for free (and this despite the fact that we did not even remove the factory film from this phone).
Here is such a seller that for $ 10 he is ready to lose his reputation and customers. And if they were ready to change the phone for free, as it should be, they would have already bought the 3rd phone from them in the store, even if they could have found it cheaper.
Naturally, I do not recommend it to anyone and strongly advise you to avoid this store.
