A very decent hotel in the "Old Town". There is a private observation deck. Spacious lobby, helpful and friendly staff. There are no complaints about the breakfasts included in the room rate either. The rooms are big enough and clean. A decent option for accommodation.

It is located in the historical center of the city. But the condition and breakfasts leave much to be desired.
