I want you to understand that as soon as you transfer money to the clinic's account, interest in you will immediately disappear and you will face their ignorance. I have never seen a worse attitude towards patients, as in this clinic, even in the most miserable institutions. I would especially like to note the incompetence and bad manners of Victoria's consultant, who works with Russian-speaking clients. I needed a consultation on IVF, Victoria set a date and time for me, and dropped the payment link. After receiving the money, the Bocian employees stopped even contacting, they did not respond to calls or messages. It was the same on the day of the consultation, no one got in touch!!! Later, a message came from them with apologies and postponement of the consultation. But, the situation repeated itself again, on the day of the new consultation, Dr. Bartosz Petshicki did not get in touch and the Russian-speaking consultants disappeared again. My husband tried to call from another number, unknown to them, but no one answered. It has been more than a month since my first conversation with Victoria and the transfer of money, and the result is zero! Three consultations they disrupted and no explanation. It's not a pity for the money, how much it's a pity for the 1.5 months of waiting spent. If you don't care about your time and you don't need a result, then this clinic is perfect!
