I came to send the parcel on 08/03/2021, there was a woman and a young guy at the workplace, I took turns approaching the guy and received a question from him in a rude intonation "What?!", it felt like he was doing me a favor. The legal entity sent the parcel to the European post office, they said to fill out everything there. The employee mentioned earlier demanded a tracking number, but I explained that I couldn't send the parcel to a physical person on the website. > legal, because there is no option. And they told me to look for information on the website again and, as it were, they were already escorting me out of the department, and they answered my questions the same way in the style of "go to the website and figure it out for yourself." It may take a little longer to ship at Belpost, but the staff is more polite.
