After eating stuffed ribs at Uncle Selim's, I said, “it wouldn't be better,” but it's better at Seraf. Although lahmacun, meat cooking and stuffed dried eggplant fell short of my expectations. But as a reference point for many dishes, the food here should be tasted.

We went for Iftar, a Ramadan menu similar to the pre-Ramadan tasting menu was made, but unfortunately the quality was reduced, although it was expensive from the tasting menu. The soup was delicious, the iftari were fresh and delicious, the Armenian pilaki and cucumber appetizer were fine, the salad was good, the warm meatballs were nice, but they were left on the plate directly without yogurt and fat sauce, the stuffed dried eggplant was nice, the tandoor was good, the almond rice was very tasty, the mini kebab was nice, the crushed casserole was burnt, I'm sorry to say, although there was no burn in sight, it tasted and smelled intensely burnt, the Decoction was good, especially the semolina halva was very nice. The reason my score is low is that unfortunately burnt(carcinogenic) products are served in the restaurant where I came with my guests.
