A very nice hotel that has a restaurant with delicious food and a buffet. across the street from the hotel there is a large swimming pool, open from 8 am to 10 am, and on a free transfer from the hotel you can come to a beautiful sandy beach. I liked that the apartment has a balcony, as well as cleaning of all rooms daily

November 2025. A family of 4 people. The hotel is located on the waterfront. There is a parking lot for boats and small yachts under the windows. The family room is very large, I was pleased to have several bathrooms, a washing machine in a separate room and a kitchen with everything necessary for cooking. room cleaning is daily, water is brought daily + you can get it at the bar. We had three meals a day. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, lunch is a la carte. The buffet is not very varied, but it is difficult to stay hungry. There is a beach bus from the main entrance of the hotel to the sea. It runs on schedule. The beach can be reached on foot (7 minutes). There are sun beds on the beach, towels and water are provided. Across the street from the hotel is a nice clean swimming pool with sun beds and towels, as well as a water dispenser. The hotel is located in a rapidly developing area. If you don't pay attention to the construction site, which doesn't catch your eye right away, it's suitable for a leisurely family vacation.

A great hotel with excellent staff. Many thanks to Ramiz (a very pleasant, responsive young man), for his reverent attitude, he helped as much as possible. Keep in mind that the hotel has everything for living, from an iron to a washing machine. I regretted taking so many things with me. There are shops, an ATM, and restaurants near the hotel. If I come to the Emirates, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel is a good 4-star! There is no Russian-speaking staff, but somehow they try and try to solve the issues! They say that the apartment is 32 sq.m. but in fact it is 20 sq.m.!The breakfasts are monotonous! There is a scheduled shuttle service to the beach, but even without a schedule they will take you anyway, although it is a slow 15-minute walk. We stayed at this hotel in early October 2025. Wonderful sea, sun and sand. And transfer to the beach and back. That's where the ++ ends. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30. We checked in at 14:45, early! The staff is friendly, everyone is smiling, but no one speaks Russian. Even I couldn't communicate well with a translator. Either it translates incorrectly, or they really don't understand. The room is very small, but clean enough. A towel and slippers for one person - I had to go ask! Dishes are also not a set! But there is a dishwasher (not needed, there is only 1 small store nearby, there is nothing to take and cook). And there is a washing machine, too, not bad, but there is no powder (as in the apartment). But there is nowhere to dry linen, towels and swimsuits at all. The windows faced the highway, it was impossible to sleep - street racers were endlessly racing until 2-3 o'clock in the morning. Room change (the staff understands this without an interpreter) for 5 days - $ 520. We had a late flight and we extended the room by 6 hours - 250 dihrams. At the same time, during these 6 hours we had to run to the reception to reprogram the cards 2 times, because they were blocked. And the room service also came 2 times, like, "what else are you doing here?". And during the entire stay with us, the towels were taken away and no others were left, the slippers were thrown away without replacement, too. I had to run to the reception in another building. The food is disgusting, full of synthetic fast food. It's a good thing we only had breakfast. There are 7 identical dishes every day (omelette, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, draniki, inedible sausages, beans and some kind of putty). For salads - Peking cabbage, lettuce, or tomatoes, or sweet peppers, or cucumbers with carrots. If you arrive at 8 o'clock, then half of the "basins " are empty, there are no plates - you have to ask them to fill up. I also had to wait 20-25 minutes for coffee all the time. The waiters are like sleepy flies, barely moving. Nearby there is a very decent Uzbek cafe, where you can enjoy Uzbek and Russian cuisine very tasty. The food is natural and the portions are decent (up to 100 dirhams for two). There are no transfers to the shopping center from the hotel. If you want to go to the shopping center, it's only by taxi. Sooo expensive pleasure. The nearest one is 7km away, a round trip of 80-100 dirhams. The only way out is to go with the company. The hotel is a maximum of 2 stars. And yet, if you still decide to go to this hotel, then not with Fun&Sun. They have a very poor organization of excursions. Choose Biblioglobus.
