In the next order, there was frankly rotten squid in one of the rolls, we informed the restaurant personally about this, so that no one else would have such situations, a simple apology would have been enough for us, we did not insist on any discounts, extras, etc., and did not even stutter, but the restaurant itself offered us a 50% discount%,a free set, the same one that had a ruined roll and their signature roll as a gift on the next order
When the company decided to place this order with all the "apologetic" offers of the restaurant, we ordered only one set, because we were promised all sorts of extras, they promised and did not bring, only a discounted set and additional sauces, they answered on the phone that "sorry, your extras were accidentally given to another customer",when we explained that if we were initially told that we were only ready to provide a discount, we would simply place a bigger order so that everyone would eat, to which we were told that the cafe would not have time to do anything until 22:00, let's bring everything to you next time (pre-order for 21:15 was placed at about 5:30 p.m., they arrived at 21:40, but it was also nonsense, Saturday, but after the whole situation it also left a residue), in the end, everyone was angry and hungry (thank the dumplings)

We have ordered the delivery of rolls here many times and confidently give the highest rating. ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS delicious! The sets are composed very competently, pleasantly surprise with taste combinations. The quality is excellent, perfect rice, fresh fish 🐠 Thanks to the managers and couriers for the impeccable service ❤
