A wonderful hotel, we had a great rest in it in January 2025, excellent staff, 5-star food and drinks, very tasty and varied. Some cafes such as sweet moments are open 24/7 - coffee (good), ice cream (4 types, mango - my love), burgers, cookies, pastries, freshly squeezed (4 types: strawberry, orange, grapefruit and guava) special thanks to the animation team, You are cool, 4 workouts a day: aqua, yoga, belidance, exercise. Our arrival included a party for children, a chic and frothy pool party - beyond praise, delight, evening animation - karaoke, artists, games. We liked everything. We'll come with the children

The hotel is nice, with a large area and its own beach, a river flows, but there are pros and a few cons. There are free sun loungers on the sea, a children's and sports playground, swings in the sea, clear and clean water, however, a strong wind blow, we did not go deeper than the belt, although it is very far and difficult to go to this depth.....but it's not really about the hotel. There are several pools, 18 water slides, cool slides, for every taste, but they do not work enough (from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 17.30). One of the heated pools, one is neutral in temperature, but with large slides is very cold due to its proximity to the sea, but we found the strength to swim, it was worth it! Next to the pools there is a bar, a snack bar and ice cream, maybe something else (ice cream is open from 12.00-00.00, it ends late, it's good, but the beginning is a little late)))There are almost no sun loungers by the main pool, the rest almost always have them. The pools themselves are open from 08.00 to sunset, then cleaning is carried out, it is also better to swim in the sea during this time period. Russian Russian animators-a low bow, especially to a Russian girl-1) Russian 2) sociable (helped when there were problems with the juice machine) 3) cheerful (smiles not strained) 4) Just the best❤️! The rest are good. The staff is very sociable, touching is the norm for them, kind, humorous, sometimes they jokingly take and touch things, but then they return! Most of them speak Russian, though a little))) There is a kind girl at the reception, beautiful decor. In the beginning, they settled into a not very cozy room, then it was better, although the handle fell off in the bathroom, I hope it will be repaired, there is a reliable safe. Construction is underway, but it does not interfere, music is playing, the end of the noise is early, but the fun continues, in the morning the music begins only after breakfast. There is a kids club and a gym (16+), but we have not visited these places before. They clean well, do not touch anything superfluous, they made an elephant on the bed (see photo). The food is not ordinary, but there is also something simple and special and exquisite, they pamper you with desserts, you will not stay hungry.(breakfast from 07.00 to 10.30, lunch from 13.00 to 15.00, dinner (first) from 18.30 to 21.30 (late) from 22.30 to 00.30) There are restaurants of Asian, Egyptian and Italian cuisine, but you need to book 72 hours before meals, from 13.00 to 15.00. Shows every day, in the evenings a children's disco and an adult disco, in the afternoon aqua aerobics, dancing, yoga, water activities.(I didn't specify much, but you need to be aware of events, something is being held in the pool, something on stage, something on the beach)Definitely five, absolutely lovely hotel

We visited this hotel for the first time from 09/10/24 to 09/19/24. We liked the hotel. Everything was just great. The food is varied, the drinks are excellent, the rooms are clean and new. The lobi bar is super. The sea is like in the Maldives. For small children, it's just a fairy tale, not deep, somewhere knee-deep. If someone needs to dive at a depth, they will have to walk 200 meters. The staff is helpful and friendly, although not everyone speaks Russian. We were very satisfied. I recommend it to everyone!!!

We had a rest in early November of the 24th year. Only good memories remain with us! Excellent cuisine, two main restaurants, a selection of vegetables, meat, side dishes and fruits always! Fish day with an abundance of fish, shrimp, crabs. There is no queue Anywhere! A great lobby bar where they will prepare a cocktail for you. I liked the Red Sea, with strawberries😍Ice cream and coffee, too, every day, French fries and so on in the snow restaurant. There are hookahs, I don't smoke, I can't give an assessment. There are enough sun beds for everyone! Of the cons, the room was somewhat tired, but everything worked: sockets, refrigerator, air conditioning. Not a working pontoon (we went to the next one, it's nearby) but they don't clean the beach there ((There are no fish in sight. But, we solved this issue with an excursion to Sharm El-Naga, where there is a living coral reef with fish! We even saw a turtle! We took an excursion from the camitourcom tour themselves, through them we also took a two-day tour of Cairo-Alexandria, with 4 meals a day and accommodation in a Cairo hotel with a view of the pyramids. As a pleasant compliment, we were also presented with delicious and ripe fruits! In Alexandria, lunch was at a fish restaurant , an excellent price for excursions, there was a mini group, an individual trip to the coral reef in general. I recommend. Because our hotel was far from the center of Hurghada. In the hotel, excursions are much more expensive, and they take a large bus.

The hotel is not big. The territory is compact, but it has everything. The rooms are large but in need of renovation, although the hotel is not old. The staff is friendly and responds to any requests. Our windows overlooked the mosque, and at dawn she starts singing.))) it's not usual for the first 2 days, then you get used to it. The food is delicious and varied. There are 2 main restaurants and an ice cream parlor and many more different bars. The beach is clean, it's nice. The hotel is located far from the center of Hurghada, so there is nothing to do outside the hotel

We had a vacation with my wife in September 2024, the first time we were in Egypt. We are thrilled!!! On the advice of anex tour manager Angelina Anashkina, we chose this hotel. Beautiful room, magnificent sea, this beauty cannot be described! Cleanliness, smiles and friendly attitude of the staff!Delicious food, cocktails and alcohol. And a 24-hour coffee shop with sweets is a complete delight!The coffee is good. It's been a week since we've been in Moscow, and all the beauty and great mood is felt. We want to say a big thank you to Angelina,!She advised the hotel, took into account all our wishes, selected the departure and arrival times so that we did not lose our rest days. The hotel is located on the 1st coastline. Despite the fact that it is located in a windy area, the hotel is very conveniently located and covers its buildings on both sides from the wind. We were in a windy time and in the hotel itself there was no pool at all. Everyone was sunbathing and swimming , although it was cold when they left the hotel . The food at the hotel is 10/10 . 3 Ala Kart restaurants , everything was incredibly delicious and the dishes were great. There were seafood, king prawns, squid, tuna, and various types of meat. There was also a barbecue party where the kebabs were incredibly delicious. We organized various daytime show programs: foam discos, a water show, and children's discos. There is always a place to eat. The room is beautiful and stylish and modern. The room has everything you need, a safe, bathrobes, slippers, an earth set, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, glasses, minibar, water, tea station. LCD TV. All rooms have stunning views of the pool, the hotel's grounds and the sea. The hotel has recently opened after renovation. Everyone is very friendly , they made us a million cocktails , they persuaded us even when we already refused . It 's always fun here in the evening : evening shows, disco . The kids were busy throughout most of the day, with at least a lunch break. There is a kids' club with animators, there are various master classes, pizza making, origami, they did aquagrim every day . There are children's pools with slides. Large adult and children's heated swimming pool in winter. Very warm water . The staff is very friendly and attentive. We are delighted with the hotel. I heartily recommend it .

A wonderful hotel with excellent service! I liked everything! The sea, the service and most importantly the food! The food is varied and for every taste! The waiters are all smart guys, they work fast and well! I would especially like to mention the hotel administration. We stayed at this hotel from March 9 to March 16, 2024, stayed in room 1362, the floor above was being renovated and plaster fell on our balcony. After contacting the administration, it was offered: a new room and free stay in the room on the day of departure. The cleaner Abu is just a smart guy, he cleaned the room every day, turned swans, dogs and crocodiles for us. On the very first day, he brought us bathrobes and slippers, always made sure that we had water and all hygiene products. At our request , he changed the towels three days later . The animation guys are also smart, there's a new program every day. I liked the hotel, I advise you !!!

A great hotel! Very helpful staff, checked in very quickly, no problem. I was pleased with the 24-hour pastry shop, where there are not only sweets, but also sandwiches, burgers, fruits. The food is delicious, there are many different types of meat, of course except pork. Seafood is only fish. A variety of desserts and fruits. Ice cream and freshly made coffee in the pastry shop around the clock! The territory is small, very well maintained. And most importantly, it is very clean.The animation is good, the guys are well done. One of the disadvantages is there is nowhere to go for walks, there is nothing outside the hotel.

Great hotel! I liked everything! Sea , service, delicious food, helpful staff! The hotel administration and reception staff are friendly and promptly resolve any issues. I especially want to mention the Wael employee at the reception! We had a vacation in June 2024 at this hotel. We had technical problems with the room and when we asked the reception desk to replace it, Wael offered us another room without any additional charges with a wonderful view of the sea. Thank you to the hotel for a good stay!

We had a rest in late November and early December.
There are few Russians in the hotel. They settled with a view of the sea (the last building on the left). The room is old, but generally fine. The rooms are better closer to the reception.

It should be taken into account when choosing a hotel that this is the northern part of Hurghada. We drove more than an hour to the hotel. It's windy here, the beach is very shallow. They blocked their pier, because it fell apart. There is a pier at the nearby hotel. We swam with it. The sea was cool. Let's go for a boat trip - the sea is gorgeous!
There were few children, animators were engaged with the children.

We rested from 17.09.23 to 27.09.23. I liked the hotel. Suitable for those who like a relaxing holiday. The hotel is small, everything is nearby . cozy and comfortable. Vegetables: stewed, boiled, steamed, the variety is complete . as for meat , there is also a lot of variety , but with a reservation ( chicken and beef ) , but in any form : grilled , boiled , fried, in all kinds of sauces, etc . we had lamb 1 time in 10 days . fish was also in different types. Alcohol is acceptable to drink , especially cocktails . everywhere is cleanly ennobled . the pool is clean , with cool water , which is very good , unlike the sea , which is so warm in the evening that you think : isn 't it heated ? )) . the staff is friendly and friendly, everyone is smiling. the WIFI is weak , it 's more or less decent in the lobby . it 's better to buy one SIM card , we had enough for two . the TV shows poorly in the room , they say this is a problem of the hotel . we found Russian - language channels . but these are small minuses compared to the overall impression of the hotel . let 's go back again everything is very good .

It was our first time in Egypt, so we decided to buy excursions right at the hotel, for fear of running into scammers. We went diving with them for $ 27 (per person), instead of $ 40
I advise you not to take excursions at the hotel, but rather to talk with the animators first and find out where it is more profitable to go :))

I'll start with the cons so that you know right away.
The rooms are very tired.
There is a construction site on the right side of the entrance, and if you have bought the most affordable rooms, you will have a view of it. They start making noise on it at 6.
I paid extra for a room change.
The towels are all gray, stained and threadbare, and they're only changed when you drop them on the floor. In general, they have to change themselves at least once every 3 days, as well as the bed linen that I have never changed in 7 days.
There is no hot water normally, but in February it was so cold because of the wind and I really wanted a hot shower.
The air conditioner turned on for heating only when the receptionist told me.
The batteries in the safe ran out at the wrong moment and I couldn't take the money.
The lock on the door to the balcony was broken.
There was only one heated pool, and not everyone had enough sun beds around it.
On the plus side, they were well fed. They gave strawberries, strawberry juice for breakfast, and mango juice at the bar. And shrimp and fish and turkey and beef. I definitely didn't stay hungry.
The sea was icy.
At sea, the sun beds were covered with special shutters, which gave comfort to sunbathe.
There's nowhere to go around the hotel.
But he goes on excursions all the time. But keep in mind that it's cold at night when you pick up from the hotel.
If you are greeted by Biblio Globus, the price of the tour includes a "guided tour" of Hurghada. One name, all you will see is 15 minutes on the embankment and two shops.

We really liked this hotel! what's most pleasant is that everything and everyone is washed there! It is unexpectedly pleasant for Egypt! we went with a small child for 4 years. the room was really given an old one and with no view. but we are not picky!) but it 's quiet and you can 't hear the animation 😁

We really liked the hotel and had a rest at the end of March. The food is delicious and varied, various drinks, polite and helpful staff. There are two swimming pools on site, one heated. Water slides for adults and children. 3 restaurants. There is a snack bar where you can have a snack, as well as a cafe where you can drink coffee, eat dessert or sandwich at any time. We went swimming on the pier, it's deeper and cleaner there.

Perhaps this is the most beautiful and stylish hotel in Hurghada! We liked everything, we ate at the restaurant in the new building and I want to express my gratitude to the Chef and Abdelaziz, they always found the best places for our family, they were interested in how things were going, they brought the most delicious!
The only negative is the Alyakart restaurants, they could only enroll in Ethno, but this is darkness! Don't waste your time! My daughter had a doctor on this day, we talked both at the reception and by appointment, but, unfortunately, we did not congratulate anywhere.
The pools are large and clean. Autumn is beautiful when you walk along the bridge to the sea! The sea itself is shallow of course, as everywhere in Hurghada.
We took excurias, I highly recommend FAN SAN SELECT👍-there was everything: a beautiful yacht, delicious food and dancing on board, the purest island with azure water, diving to corals and fish, a parachute, a banana, a pill, just a super program!

We were delighted with the hotel. In general, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the animation is monotonous, but it is there. The same goes for food, there is a lot of it, you definitely won't stay hungry, but the breakfasts are monotonous. The first days while they were tipping us, they twisted all sorts of beauty out of towels, when they stopped leaving, they even stopped adding shampoos and conditioner. The sea is shallow, but my daughter is 6 years old, (we had a rest together) does not swim very well, so we were in high. There are small souvenir shops outside the hotel. There is a pharmacy on site! I would definitely come back to this hotel again!

In general, people go to Egypt not for a hotel vacation, but to the Red Sea. But there were problems upon arrival, as well as many arrivals. Although the hotel was built in 2021, it is already in a very sad condition (air conditioners are not working, windows are not working, showers/faucets are not working). The food is the same as in all of Egypt.
But now a tip for tourists who are going to visit this hotel:
1) never leave money outside the safe in the room (they will definitely be stolen)
2) expensive clothes will also be stolen from the room. (Unfortunately, the safe is small and it won't fit everything you want)
3) if you forgot the towels by the pool, then in the morning you are offered to pay a fine of $ 10 for a towel and the hotel staff immediately forget English and Russian.
4) every hotel employee considers it his duty to separate you in some way.
Money was missing, things in the hotel, unfortunately the cameras promised to show, but they never showed. They promised to send it to the post office, but of course no one even answered my requests.

We had a rest with children at this hotel in December 2023. I liked the hotel, the staff is friendly. The food is very tasty, there is always plenty to choose from. The children loved the Toucan club on the territory of the hotel very much, they left with tears in their eyes. The girls working there are amazing!!!! My sister and I really liked the animators of the hotel, they are always positive. I would like to mention Zhanara, a very pleasant and responsive girl. She always attended classes with her, invites her to different clubs in the evenings, talks in detail about them and shows photos and videos)
I will take off a star only for cleaning the room. The floors were not washed, only swept. There were no towels for the feet, I had to ask for toilet paper, they didn't put it on themselves. The bed linen has not been changed in 10 days.

We went there on 1.01.2025. with small children and a large company . I 'll start with what didn 't work there !
Not a single outlet was working in our room, there was no running water , the room was so dilapidated and old that it was just terrible!
The children's room was closed during the New Year holidays. And there is no animation for kids!
The beach is big, but there is such a low tide of 400 meters. AT THE SAME TIME, PANTONE IS NON-WORKING !!! It just doesn 't exist !
Children's water slides are not working. But not most of the slides are there , with ice water .
Our room was changed , no problem . It was cleaner , but there was no hot water. The refrigerator didn 't work there either . There is no mini bar, except for water !
We lost two days of our vacation to be moved to another hotel (with a surcharge, of course).
There are some photos, I will definitely attach them! I'll give you one star for the food. The only thing that was delicious .

One of the few honest reviews will be mine.
I was at the hotel in the first half of May 2024.
According to my impressions and other tourists, the hotel barely reaches 4*.
To describe the hotel briefly, it is dirty.
In general, it is quite neglected.
It's dirty in the rooms (even when they left tips), on the stairs, in restaurants. The table and bedside table had to be carefully wiped on their own.
There were no slippers and a bathrobe in my room when I checked in. After contacting the lovely Nurkhan, the receptionist, a little time passed, and while I was at dinner, what I asked for was already in my room. The hotel staff is mostly friendly and helpful.
2 bottles of drinking water were placed in the room every day when cleaning.
The hotel has two main restaurants.
The breakfasts are the same every day, and the choice of food is quite meager.
By fruit: peaches, apples, bananas, melon, dates. There were no strawberries, which were mentioned in many reviews.
Watermelons, unfortunately, were served only twice during my stay and only during dinner.
Desserts are varied, including oriental ones.
Regarding the beach. Charming flowering shrubs decorate the area in front of the beach. The staff at the beach are helpful: they help to find a sunbed, move it, lay a towel.
Unfortunately, the beach workers, they are also rescuers, do not instruct on the rules of conduct in case of an emergency in the water.
The toilet on the beach is like something out of a horror movie. The shower room is in poor condition.
The entrance to the sea is gentle, there are stones. The height of the water is not higher than the knee. You will have to go far, then the depth will be a little more and you will be able to swim.
There are 2 beach towel collection points on site: by the pool and on the beach. Their working hours are not specified. For some reason, one of them does not indicate at all that this is the issue of towels, just a room with a door.
There are more Bulgarians, Romanians, and British tourists than others. They are friendly, had dinner together and sat in large groups on the evening show. To take a place on the show, you need to come no later than 8:30 p.m., while the children's program is on. Otherwise, you'll be watching standing up. The poster of the show is on the information stand. All the shows were good except the miss and the hotel couple. Vulgar contests with low humor.
In the courtyard of the main building, tables with chairs with metal legs creaked even at night on the floor, because noisy companies often sat there. It was impossible to sleep with an open balcony, and in order to muffle the noise a little, I had to close the balcony door and turn on the air conditioner.
Every day, the animators persuaded me many times to go with them to a club 10 minutes from the hotel. It is clear that this is an order from above. I consider this venture unsafe for a tourist.
The animators invited us to daytime entertainment rather drearily.
After the evening show there was a short disco, people of different ages danced. If there was even a small club (the hotel area itself is small) on the territory of the hotel, you would not have to go anywhere.
The Wi–Fi in the main building room is good, on the beach - so-so.
In the area where the show takes place, there is no one at all.
The lobby bar serves delicious juices.
Despite some disadvantages, the impressions of my stay at this hotel are positive.

The main thing here is not to get upset, but to go to the reception and explain that you came to them precisely because of the repair, and demand to change the room. Demand a manager, a director, anyone, most importantly, stand your ground. As soon as you get a good room, life will immediately get better :) And if we talk about the hotel as a whole, it is old, shabby, but pleasant. The hotel is good. Just returned (04/26)
Information for those who book the most budget rooms and are going to live in them - construction is underway , a mosque is nearby - prayers are heard and at 4 a.m. we woke up to them. But it didn 't upset us - we got used to it . The room is modern, clean, everything worked. Slippers , bathrobes - yes .
Animation! It seems to be there , but it doesn 't seem to be there ! Who focuses on children - except for the monotonous mini - disco from 20-30 to 21, do not expect anything! The Egyptian children's animator .. adult animation ... well, I do not know who writes what good .. in 7 full days, I heard 1 time of exercise , volleyball - yes, all the time. Once there was a competition on the beach and then .. everything is done quickly and uninterestingly, animators only walk and take pictures as if for reporting!
The sea ... yes, it's a bit far to the depth, but it's beautiful ) my husband stepped on some kind of prickly thing on the penultimate day, although the entrance is shallow, but I still recommend corralki.
I want to express special thanks to Sofia (gestrelation)!!! She is constantly in touch , she helped us more than once ! Thanks to all the kitchen staff, bartenders and waiters! They are very cool.

There is a construction site around the hotel, the hotel itself is not bad, the food is not bad, several restaurants, it is not possible to drink wine, in Egypt, so I strained with drinking in hotels, but in this I could not drink a glass, the nastiness is rare))) I don't drink strong alcohol, I can't say anything)))) A cafe with coffee and desserts is open around the clock, it is convenient to go for a cup of coffee and cheer up, the animation is standard. The sandy shore is shallow, like the Gulf of Finland (panton is broken and is not being repaired yet) it's convenient with children, it didn't bother us, as a walk through the water to the depth- great, you'll pump up your legs, you'll get a tan! There have always been sun beds on the beach, no one throws towels, you can find a place at any time, just super! Probably because there are a lot of Germans, Poles, Czechs... they all hang out by the pools, you can't drop an apple there, they like to get closer to burgers, a bar and a cartafan)))Overall a normal hotel. But I won't go a second time.
