Expensive, rich. The reception is generally overpowering with brilliance. But the rooms are not so amazing anymore. The double-glazed windows are single, so you will hear Sheikh Zayed very well. The windows to the balcony are dirty. The rooms from the standard set offer the very minimum, a couple of bottles of water, a piece of soap and towels. In general, 3 stars no more

The location of the hotel was very convenient for us. This is a great starting point for any interesting locations. The metro is very close. The only place we went from the hotel by taxi was La Mer, but the prices are low.
The hotel itself is still good. At first they wanted to put us in a strange room, as if it had been badly washed after a party :) But after an adequate dialogue, we were given a room at the very top, with a view of the Bourges :)
In general, I liked talking with the staff, they are all very nice, understanding people.

Well, what can I say about the hotel - expensive-rich. We have a rather capacious expression meaning the style of the hotel - the Spanish Baroque (for those who are in the subject).
Nothing has changed in the menu during the month of stay (I'm talking about breakfast buffet). Relatively clean. But the trouble with elevators. Once I was waiting for 11 minutes (I was not too lazy to time it). And clouds of compatriots of the hotel owner (without hints of nationalism). How I visited India)))

We were in this hotel on the way, literally half a day, to sleep and relax between flights (there was a long transfer). Booked through Booking with post-payment.
We arrived at 11 o'clock, check-in at 15, asked and we were settled earlier, for which special thanks, because there was a night flight, we were very tired. But I think it's only because it's low season in Dubai in the summer and there were free rooms, but thanks anyway!
The room for 7k turned out to be very spacious, two-room, even with its own kitchen (!), but it says that you can't cook, although we weren't going to, we only made coffee, it was available. It was even cold in the room, despite the 42 C outside. The bed is huge and very comfortable, the linen is white and crisp. Only the bathroom is a little tired.
We went to a restaurant to eat, we liked everything. We went up to the roof and looked at the view - it takes your breath away! Excellent 360-degree view, impressive!
The location of the hotel is excellent, a stone's throw from the metro station and one stop from the Dubai Mall, but that's exactly what I wanted, because our departure was at one o'clock in the morning, so that we could take a little walk in the center.
In general, I definitely recommend the hotel, I would stay here again, especially during the season, to take a walk and see what there is!

The view from the window is good, the room is comfortable. Of the minuses, I will note the long registration, the lack of elevators (living on the 44th floor, I had to wait 20 minutes for an elevator in which there would be a place) and cockroaches (were noticed at the reception and in the common restroom in the dining area)

The tallest hotel in the world. A newly built luxury hotel. Beautiful finishes, expensive plumbing, spacious rooms. There are Russian-speaking staff. Near the metro station. The pool is on the 12th floor with a view of the Burj Khalifa. The room has a TV without Russian channels, centralized air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, electric stove, kettle, iron with ironing board, hair dryer. Sockets for American plugs, ask for an adapter at the reception. Five restaurants.

The hotel did not please. But apparently this is not uncommon in Dubai now. It's very dirty to begin with. Sooo. On the balcony, a man's organ is painted on the dusty gnawing glass.
What else is not pleasant is the wild cold. The air conditioner is central and even when you turn it off, it still continues to blow. And this is a room for a good amount of money!
There is a complete interruption with water. There is no pressure. Very squeamish is in the room itself... There are some fingerprints everywhere. The furniture is shabby. Plumbing is on its last legs. And is this considered a super hotel? Moreover, the service is completely indifferent! They just don't care!
The only thing is that it's a beautiful view from the top floor, where the restaurant is. But again, you sit down, and the glass through which this very view is just very very dirty. You can admire only standing))))
If you want a cherry on the cake, there is no hot water! Only cold!)))

Great hotel. 5 minutes from the metro, 10 minutes to the observation deck on the other side of the road, 15 minutes to the Museum of the future, excellent views from the rooms, no one seems to settle below 20-30 floors (we lived on 47). There is a restaurant and a hookah on the roof. Nice pool on the 12th floor.

There was only one day in the New Year. No one was settled until 14 o'clock, but then they allocated a room on the 62nd floor, but they began to drag out the time for 15-20 minutes. To a direct question, when they would settle in, they offered to wait another hour. OK, let's go have lunch, we're coming back. The room is not ready, there is only on the 17th floor (out of 72). After the refusal, they replaced the room on the 59th floor, but again asked to wait. As a result, we settled in only at 17 o'clock, we almost didn't have time to rest before NG. The rooms are nice, new, there is a bar, a kettle. The view of the city is excellent. Outdoor swimming pool in the annex on the 12th floor.

We drove into a dirty room, there was a mountain of garbage in the kitchen closet. Not a complete set of cosmetics, towels. There was hair in the bathroom, a wet used towel on the floor. Insanely stained glass in the room, the meaning of this room with a beautiful view was lost. A very long wait for elevators.
Great pool, good breakfasts. I was congratulated on my birthday with a cake, thank you!
But honestly.....much more was expected from a 4-star hotel in Dubai!
