A gastronomic show is a space where every dish is like an exhibit in a museum of tastes. It is located in the Atlantis The Royal hotel, and from the very threshold you can feel the level: perfect service, the aroma of fresh pastries and open kitchens where chefs work like on stage. The format is a gourmet food hall, but with a refined presentation of a five-star restaurant. The tables are full of oysters, sushi, steaks, the freshest seafood and desserts, which it is impossible to leave indifferent. The grill and seafood stations are especially impressive — lobsters, shrimps, mussels are served instantly and with precise roasting. The atmosphere is lively, but not noisy: the interior is decorated in bright colors, marble, brass, panoramic windows overlooking the sea. The staff is attentive to the smallest detail — the glasses do not have time to empty, and the dishes are brought with a smile. The prices correspond to the level of the hotel, but the quality justifies every dirham. Gastronomy is the perfect place for breakfast, Sunday brunch or a wow dinner. I really liked the restaurant. The staff greets you at the entrance, there are Russian-speaking waiters. 17 zones with different types of food: fish and sushi, pizzas, meat, Chinese food, cheeses, seafood such as mussels and oysters, sweets, chocolate, dates with different fillings, ice cream, fruits, etc. A bottle of water is free on the table. The rest of the drinks are extra for the money. We were in the evening from 19:00, the time for 2 hours was enough for us to go through everything and try. The waiters are attentive and work quickly. Then we walked around the Atlantis Royal Hotel, where this restaurant is located. There are huge panoramic aquariums in the lobby. We saw a fountain with music and lights on the street. The elevator to the 2nd floor is interesting: it's round and the walls are glass, and water flows down these walls from the outside - a waterfall. Branded boutiques in the hotel, everything is very beautiful, pleasant aromas all around. The atmosphere in both the restaurant and the hotel is inviting, there was no awkwardness, all the guests were not in evening dresses, but in ordinary clothes /urban casual style/. I recommend you to visit!
