One of the best public beach parks in Dubai. The water is cleaner than many famous hotel beaches.

A great place for a beach holiday. There are few people here, mostly Russians near the water. The park is equipped with toilets and changing rooms. The entrance to the park is paid, only 5 dirhams, all the infrastructure is at your disposal. The water is clean, unlike Marina Beach (by the Ferris wheel) - we were there on the first day (the water is a mess of jellyfish and gasoline). It's a paradise on the same beach. I want canopies to hide from the sun, but they're not there. There are racks for bags with umbrellas on top, you can throw things there and swim safely. There are rescuers on the shore, who are whistling hard and watching everyone. No one was bitten by sharks. There was no entertainment on the beach. The children will be hot and bored, and if you are longing for the sun and are ready to become a pickle, blow on this beach.

Al Mamzar beach is interesting. Of the 4 beaches, number 3 has the most beautiful lagoon. Sifted, well-groomed sand, a very smooth entrance without depth - that's the best thing for children! We were in windy weather in January, so the 3rd beach was the calmest. The sunset photos turned out to be good. The other beaches number 1, 2 and 4 are so-so... There's not much to see in the park itself, going here for a walk is such an idea, in short, an optional place to visit. Don't listen to bloggers! If you're just going for a swim, then beach number 3 is from left to right.

One of the best beaches in Dubai! The entrance is 5 dirhams. There are women's days: Monday and Wednesday, on these days it is forbidden to take pictures or take pictures of anything, otherwise rescuers will come running to you and swear. If you hear a whistle, it means someone is taking a photo. On other days, you can take photos. Clean beach, toilet, shower, changing room, cafe, barbecue area. It's better to come in the morning, crowds of Hindus come in the afternoon. There are many taxi drivers near the beach who will take you where you need to go.

An exceptionally wonderful beach park. I've known this park since 1998. Admission is paid for visitors aged 5 and over. There are no benefits. Buy tickets at the box office. The entrance fee is 5 local money per person. Monday and Wednesday admission is for women and children only. But in the month of Ramadan, women's days are canceled. There is a place for prayer. The coast is flat, convenient for children. Schools of fish swim up to the shore, they saw a stingray in the morning. He ran away very quickly. There is a large swimming area for adults. The beach is very clean, and sun beds, umbrellas, and armchairs are available for rent. There are stationary umbrella canopies, but it's a long way from the water's edge. But for free. There are a number of outlets with ice cream, drinks and beach paraphernalia. There are fresh water risers, showers and toilets. Mechanical 3- and 4-wheeled bicycles can be rented at the entrance. The park is richly populated with birds. And the alleys are very green, playgrounds are adjacent to picnic areas. Buses from some hotels, taxis and city buses routes C28 and 15 take you to the beach. Please specify how convenient it is for them to go on different routes. From the center, depending on the place of boarding, 3 or 5 dirhams.

A great place for swimming and relaxing with a barbecue. Excellent beaches, good infrastructure (toilets, showers, barbecues, greenery, shade, paths). Large free Parking, bus stop at the center. entrance. I haven't been to any events in the park yet, I'll add more later. Kids also have plenty to do and roam around: swings, climbing, bungee jumping, an observation deck and lots of lawns. There are almost no tourists, residents come to take a break from the city. PS: entrance is 5 dirhams, payment is cashless only.

In my opinion, the best park and beach in Dubai. The entrance is 5 dirhams, while everything else is free - toilets, changing rooms and showers with air conditioning, sea, umbrellas and all the infrastructure. Lots of photo zones, barbecue areas, beautiful views. Full immersion in the embrace of oasis)) The main thing is not to get into women's days (Monday and Wednesday, but it's better to check on the website) and on holidays (sometimes people can't breathe) on other days, loneliness and tranquility. There is a more detailed review in the video, I rested repeatedly with my wife: https://vkvideo.ru/video-226717216_456239047

The beach is nice. There are free umbrellas. There are always a lot of locals in the park who light a bonfire and make noise. They come in families and companies. You can't take pictures on the beach, and you can't wear open swimsuits either. But these rules are not followed. The entrance to the park costs 5 dirhams.

A great park and beach with white sand and clear waters of the Persian Gulf. Locals gather in the park for a barbecue picnic. There are two volleyball courts and one football field on the beach. We visited in December-January 2026. I liked everything!

The best beach, plus a park! The place is really very good, the entrance is paid, only 5 dirhams. There are women's days and you need to know the rules of attendance, usually it's Monday and Thursday, only women and children, but boys under 6 years old and older are not allowed. On weekends, people have picnics and families relax in the park.

One of the most beautiful beaches that we have seen, white sand, gentle clear sea, palm trees on the horizon. There are food stalls where you can buy fresh mango juice and pastries. Umbrellas, barbecue area, toilets, shower. The park itself is very clean and cozy. It's great to come with children.

A quiet, cozy beach, which can be reached by buses and taxis. There are no waves, local people are visible on weekdays: mothers in abayas with children visit in small groups. The beach is located in a green park, there is shade from trees, and there are umbrellas with benches. There are showers and changing rooms, a bathroom, but they are cleaned there less often than on other beaches. There is no cafe as such, a kiosk was seen with snacks. There are many visitors from India and other countries on weekends, as well as people who have come to Dubai and Abu Dhabi for work. It was a little annoying because debris abruptly appeared along the surf line. That's why we chose days other than weekends and women's days.

One of the best beaches in Sharjah and Dubai. For a nominal fee of 5 dirhams (about 100 rubles), the entire infrastructure of the park and the beach, there is a barbecue area, you can use umbrellas - it is very important in the heat or hide under the trees a little further away. It is better to come for the whole day and bring barbecue products with you. One of the disadvantages is that it is difficult to get there without a car. There are no cafes on site, only dry rations in mini-shops.

If you want some nature, water and silence in Dubai, you should definitely visit Al Mamzar Beach Park. This is a great place to unwind: spacious green lawns, palm trees, manicured paths, beaches overlooking the bay. Here you can just walk, breathe the sea air or have a picnic in the shade of the trees. Everything is very clean, well maintained, and at the same time not as crowded as in other popular places. And the best part is that there are a lot of cats here! They are calm, well-groomed, and some even make contact. As a cat lover, I was just thrilled: you're sitting by the water, and a furry friend comes up to you. Admission is paid, but symbolic, and there are a lot of impressions. A great place to exhale in the middle of a big city.

A great place and just a beautiful beach! But you have to go to the coastline from the bay, there are waves and beautiful water! In general, as for me, the best beach in Dubai. The entrance is only 5 dirhams. There are umbrellas with benches, toilets, showers and even barbecue areas.

Beautiful beach and park! White sand, clear turquoise water. Admission is 5 aed, you can also pay with a nol transport card. Monday and Wednesday are women's days: only women and children are allowed (boys up to and including 6 years old), you can not take pictures on the beach on these days, lifeguards are watching, whistling). There are free "mushrooms" from the sun with and without tables, but there are not many of them. There are kiosks with drinks and simple snacks such as chips/chocolates on site. There are lifeguard towers, toilets, showers, and changing booths on each beach area. There are several playgrounds on the territory. You can wait out the heat under the trees, there are benches, but people settle down and just on the grass.

In our opinion, one of the best beaches in Dubai: few people, changing cabins, showers are all 5 dirhams that you pay at the entrance to the park. We went to the penultimate beach, there is a great place for privacy. Everything can be bought: water, juice, Cola, you can also have a snack. The prices are very pleasant compared to other beaches in Dubai. Be sure to come, you won't regret it. The only drawback is the distance from the center.

We really liked this beach, there weren't many people, you can walk around the park perfectly, enjoying the beauty. On weekends, locals relax in this park and have picnics) We didn't see any cafes there, but I think if there were, we would have seen them, because we were looking for a place to eat there) The entrance to the park was five dirhams per person) There is a bus service to this beach and park, and it drives right up to the entrance) Cars leave strictly according to the schedule that is placed at the stops. I recommend the beach and the park to visit)

Compared to other beaches, this one offers a 2-in-1 park and beach. This is a big plus, however, you will not be able to combine swimming and lying under the shade of local trees. Firstly, the beach strip is almost 100 meters deep, and secondly, representatives of Asian countries come for the weekend and arrange a pale meat. You immediately remember the Black Sea coast, but you can't hear Marjanji, it has its own musical flavor. Umbrellas of 20 dirhams, sun beds of 25 and a towel are also charged. The surf is cut off by breakwaters. The sea is clear. There are also creatures that smoke and throw plane trees under your feet.

We visited this beach park. The entrance is five dirhams, the nol card is not accepted. There were minor waves. The beach is poorly cleaned, the sand is strewn with numerous sticks, cigarette butts, plastic bottle caps, even chicken bones were found. It was unpleasant to walk barefoot on the sand. Tables under mushrooms are not wiped in bird droppings and sand. There are showers (some were broken) and toilets, there were no queues. There was a feeling that the beach was not well maintained. At the entrance to the Marjan beach area, there are a couple of abandoned cafes covered with a layer of dust. Ice cream at the exit from the beach is 5 dirhams, on the beach itself is 12 dirhams. It seems that this beach is already located within the borders of Dubai, we expected the best.

The best beach in Dubai. There is no feeling that you are in Anapa) it became even a bit of a pity that you did not stay in Deira. We would come here every day. They paid with a zero card. There are places to walk, lots of toilets, showers. The only downside is that there is absolutely nowhere to eat. The only food stall we found took an obscenely long time to prepare, and in the end it was warmed frozen orange nuggets 😬

I ran there for a run and a swim. I ran across the highway. They took 5 dirhams at the barrier. Payment by card only. Those who arrived by bus stand in a small queue at the ticket office. There is no way to get by metro - bus or taxi. The park lacks greenery and water. The beach is excellent - white sand with almost no stones. Almost everyone on the beach is Russian-speaking and a little bit from Southeast Asia. There are volleyball courts. Next to the beach, Asians have a picnic area - they have a cultural rest with mangalas.

A fairly large park, there are 7 or 8 beaches, a barbecue place, you can come with your own food, you can just come and pay for a place, buy meat there and they will cook it for you, the prices are acceptable! The beach is clean, there are umbrellas, there are umbrellas with tables, swings and playgrounds for children, all public places are clean, there is a shower, after the sea you can wash. On Monday and Wednesday, entrance is only for women with children, men are not allowed) On weekends there are more people than on weekdays, we were on weekdays, no one in the park at all... on Friday evening there are more people, many come to a picnic near the sea, with their food and tents I recommend visiting, it is better to go by car, since the park is large and it will take a long time to walk, it is too hard for children

It's a magical place, we fell in love with this place. Across the strait is Sharjah, where the Carlton Hotel, the Oriental, and Lulu are located. You can see their beaches. As it is, Al Mamzar is green, full of cats, birds, and the beach is pristine. We drove along all the beaches of Dubai, and I know for sure that this beach, after Jumeirah 3, occupies an honorable second place in Dubai in terms of the purity of sand and water.

A magnificent beach. The payment is symbolic in 5 dirhams. On the territory of the park, workers (invisible fighters against the garbage left by the guests) take care of her. The beach is open, even on days when other beaches announce a ban on swimming due to waves. But there are a couple of inconvenient moments, women's days are on Mondays and Wednesdays. So, if you go to the beach with your wife these days, you can wait for her at the entrance :).
