I bought children's jeans. 50% was repaid with bonuses. After examining the jeans at home, they turned out to be defective with a large stain on the knee. They came to exchange it. It turns out they don't have an exchange. But only a refund. The money was returned. We took the same jeans only without bonuses ... because they were "already used" to buy previous jeans. I.e., as a buyer, it turned out to be my fault that the jeans were defective🤷♂️That's the system..Moreover, at the checkout, when buying, they did not warn that the product could not be exchanged!!! And it's not written anywhere!!!!
