I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was far from what was advertised—dirty carpets, stained sheets, and an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with mold in the corners and a leaking faucet. To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful and borderline rude when we brought up our concerns. The breakfast was another letdown, with stale pastries and cold coffee. For the price we paid, I expected much better service and accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.

A simple, uncomplicated hotel with an excellent location. At first glance, it has disadvantages: there is no lobby, there is little space at the reception, there is no special design. But. If you choose the right room, you will be amazed by the beauty from the window. If you arrive early for breakfast, enjoy the breathtaking view of the Bosphorus, feed the seagulls, drink Turkish tea in silence and enjoy the sunrise. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Very attentive and caring staff. The breakfast restaurant turns into a noisy hookah party in the evening without a single drunk guest (there is no alcohol in the hotel). A Starbucks is located door to door with the hotel. There is a tram stop opposite, which goes directly to all the attractions. And if you walk across the road, you will get to Galata Port. In my opinion, the best place to stay in Istanbul. Therefore, if you are planning a weekend in this city, feel free to take this hotel. You won't find anything better in this area. I will stay there again if I come for a short period of time.

Good location. Near the embankment, mosques, dolmabahce Palace, stadium, bus and tram stops. It is not necessary to climb a steep mountain after a walk. The interior of the rooms is not bad. The bathroom door is glass, without a frame, does not close. If you are not alone in the room, it is very inconvenient. Audibility from the bathroom, as if there is no door at all. Terrible restaurant upstairs. The view from the restaurant is very beautiful, but it is simply impossible to be in it, since the entire restaurant area is smoking. Cigarette smoke in every corner of the restaurant.
