We were in shock from the first minute in the room. They asked for a smoking room because we smoke, the hood only works together with the air conditioner, the windows do not open at all. They settled us on the fifth floor. We easily solved this inconvenience by simply smoking in the bathroom. I read that people write that the water is only hot, we had everything fine with the water. Cleaning is daily and towels were also changed two sets daily. The description says that there is a kettle and an iron, so they are only brought immediately if you ask at the reception. The staff does not speak Russian, but everyone speaks English. The breakfasts are not bad, although it's the same every day, but you definitely won't stay hungry-pancakes, cereal with milk, sausages, beans, potatoes, pastries and fruits. The most really nice thing is the proximity to the metro, three minutes on foot around the turn of Al Rigga, buses run to Al Mamzar Beach every fifteen to twenty minutes until 11 pm and only 10-15 minutes to go. The Deira district is old and mostly Pakistani, Iranian and other workers live there, but everyone will explain everything in a very friendly way. Near the metro there are round-the-clock exchangers with a rate ten units higher than in a hotel. On the first floor there is an Indian nightclub, the music shakes until 4 in the morning, but it didn't bother us, if you are too worried, ask for a reservation to the 7th floor, you can't hear there. And well, here's another pool, this is a puddle with views of the parking lot and construction site, we went in and looked and left. In general , for this money , the hotel is normal , clean and close to civilization

Excellent clean rooms, good cuisine, good location near the metro and many shops, shopping centers. There is no transfer to the beach. There is a nightclub on the 1st floor. If they settle on 2-3 floors, this may be the cause of sleepless nights. We lived on 7. Everything is fine!
