I think we should start with the fact that if you book this hotel in the "island", its location is incorrectly indicated there. It says 12 Street, although the hotel is actually located on Al Nakhal Street. I am used to very specific information when booking hotels on "booking" and for me this fact turned out to be somewhat depressing. Plus, the free SIM card issued at the airport was not activated, I was left without Internet (I did not connect roaming). But after asking the locals, I found this place. Regarding the photos of the rooms, they were probably taken in the best days of the hotel. In fact, the rooms are dirty and shabby. Even the presence of a refrigerator in the room is not encouraging, because it is scary to even look at it inside. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking in our room and water was dripping from the ceiling, although our room was on the last, 3rd floor. I cannot say for 100% that there were bedbugs in the room - I did not find them at the crime scene, nevertheless, there were bite marks. There is a nightclub on the ground floor of this institution, which is open until about 3 a.m., and somewhere at 5.30 a.m. howls begin over the loudspeaker from the mosque located across the street. So I hope you're having a good night's sleep. The rooms are not cleaned, but you can ask for it - apparently, they do it in front of you. Because about the faucet at the reception they offered to fix it now or when we get back. Considering that we spent the whole day outside the hotel, the faucet remained running. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but I did not have the desire to try its cuisine. On the plus side, the room has air conditioning, but apparently it has never been cleaned. The proximity of the Union and Baniyaz square metro stations, but the problem here is that you will have to travel to the center more often, which means crossing 2 zones, which is more expensive than riding within one. So either take unlimited nol cards or look for a hotel on the other side of Dubai Creek. You can rent a car, which is an excellent solution - the pedestrian infrastructure of the city leaves much to be desired and comes out costly both in money and time. Planes from the local airport fly slightly to the north, so you can hardly hear them at the hotel. I can recommend the hotel to unassuming travelers who want to save money on an overnight stay. But if you want to save money, I would recommend considering other options, up to the point that it is better to take a good hostel than a bad hotel.

The photos are greatly exaggerated, the hotel is very "lived-in". Breakfast is brought to the room, not very high quality, not tasty.

I didn't like it - constantly changing neighbors, mostly Hindus, arranging parties until late. The cook, except for rice and Indian spicy seasoning, does not know how to cook anything, or does not want to. We had Groundhog Day, all six days, the same thing. A mullah reading a prayer early in the morning did not annoy, I respect Muslims and their faith. And how to spend the night, the hotel is the very thing.

I don't advise anyone. The area is an African-Pakistani ghetto. The shit is fabulous. Service on 1. On the 2nd floor there is a night club Bangladesh. The music rumbles until 3 a.m. Near the mosque. At 5.30, the muezzin starts yelling. For breakfast, tea and tortillas only

Corresponds to 2 stars. Settle above the first floor!!! On the first floor there is a bar. You listen to music all night. Food-shriveled sausages with French fries. Just for the night.

Just to spend the night. And if it works out, the mosque is nearby, there is nothing to have breakfast about. On the ground floor there is a tavern, either Hindu, or Iranian, in short, it's fun
