He requested a refund 16 days after delivery (only 2 days later than the deadline set by law), described the situation in detail and noted that the buyer was a rural teacher, for whom this amount was significant. However, the store refused to return it, even though the product is absolutely suitable for reuse. I consider this formal approach and lack of flexibility to be an example of a non-client-oriented attitude.
