Having two children, I can definitely say that the clinic is one of the best in the city, it is always perfectly clean, everything is sterile, doctors are all with great experience and qualifications, we have been treated there for more than 5 years, prices are very low compared to other clinics, they work around the clock, treatment always helps, they have cured me several times a terrible sinusitis without a puncture, for which I am very grateful. I got to the clinic on the recommendation of a neighbor. Convenient location, along the road. The clinic is open 24/7. I needed urgent help, my baby had a fever for several days and was vomiting. Professional doctors put her on her feet in a couple of days, left a very good impression, literally of everything:
1. Cleanliness: No matter what the weather is outside the door, the clinic is always very clean, comfortable and cozy, it is clear that this is being monitored, supported and checked.
2. Service: The most competent and polite staff, it seems to me that there are no conflict situations here at all, so caring and attentive attitude. Special thanks to the reception — I always have a million questions and problems, and I always and always meet a million patient explanations with a smile, this is very important in med. of course, clients come to institutions in a bad mood due to health problems, but the atmosphere in the clinic is very comfortable and friendly.
3. Doctors: in addition to the fact that all employees are as pleasant as possible in personal communication, they are directly doctors at the Zor Ent clinic. All the problems that I have addressed have been solved, and the whole treatment process is always accompanied by a detailed story — what exactly is happening to the body, what were the causes and what exactly can we do now to fix it and avoid in the future. I think that really talented doctors work here, I would like to sincerely thank everyone for the competent help of Olya, nurse Guzala, who got into the vein the first time and my baby did not cry, there were no bruises, Khamrayev Akbar Abdurashidovich, who washed his throat and prescribed treatment. I also thank the doctor (I don't remember the name), who wrote us according to the tests what medicines we need to drink, so understanding honey.the staff said that we did not need to come to the attending physician Akbar Abdurashidovich again.
