Меня затапливают уже 15 раз, да реагируют, да, пишут акт, но найти виновного (ну наверно это не соседи снизу или сбоку!!) так и не могут. У сантехников нет полномочий осматривать трубы моих соседей. Что за бред!?? Приезжает полиция, у них есть полномочия, но они в трубах не разбираются. Вы что, издеваетесь???
