we had a vacation with a friend in October 2024, which we liked
1)adequate price-service-quality ratio
2) very good staff, forgot to close the safe once-nothing was missing, as customer-oriented as possible
3)delicious breakfasts
4)clean,cleaning every day
5)normal rooms, with a microwave and a cooking area, a large refrigerator
it is important to understand that this is an area that is under construction and there is a construction site on all sides of the hotel , you need to go to the sea , the transfer issue is certainly strange at 11.00 you leave the hotel , 30 minutes to Jumeirah beach , and at 14.00 they already come for you , they do not allow you to stay until the next time of departure at 18.00.
In general, we went there by transfer, back by taxi.
The hotel is very good for its budget, so I'll put 5.

Very reasonable price tag, clean and cozy, everything is there, swimming pool, gym, breakfast :) The center is relatively close. And the main feature is that there are several parks and a normal infrastructure nearby. You can come with a large family, spend a couple of weeks very well and not very expensive)

Upon arrival on December 2, we went with a guide, a guy who was asked by the hotel guide Julia to contact us. Upon arrival at the HE Hotel apartments, there were many problems, starting from waiting for luggage to be delivered to the room. The hotel employee said, "now my colleague will finish lunch and bring your suitcases." After waiting in the room for more than 30 minutes, we had to yell at the reception, that's the only way we saw our suitcases. There were no slippers or shampoo in the room, so I had to call and ask. Toothpaste, brushes, hair balm-there is no such thing. The room has a kitchen, but there are not even teaspoons.Consumables in the room, such as cotton swabs, tea and coffee were not replenished. And that's 5 stars? Funny!!!
Bathrobes are not provided at all in this hotel... With the windows completely closed, you will hear all the noises of the road.
The only plus was a late check-out, as Anex changed the departure time.

We liked it, we lived for 2 weeks, without food, in a Studio room , cooked , washed, everything worked perfectly, cleanliness and order, cleaning every day, the price is affordable 5000 / day.around the kusa grocery stores, super pool, gym.we are really happy.we drove to the center by car, rented, Parking at the hotel is free.
