Some kind of problematic ATM. No matter how I come, there's always some kind of nonsense with him. Either there are no dollars in the ATM (no new or old ones at all), or simply the cash withdrawal function is not available in principle. Out of 5 times that I came to him, only 1 (!!!) once I was able to withdraw cash. What's the point of your ATM if you can't withdraw money from it in any way?
