We went to eat ice cream with lemonade in the evening. I really didn't like the staff. There weren't many people, but after the menu arrived, I had to wait a long time to place an order. I ordered a Limoncello cocktail. They brought something similar to a mojito, fresh, greenish with a bitterness, not sweet. In short, it didn't resemble my Limoncello cocktail in any way. A friend found a hair in the ice cream. And to top it off, I literally had to call the waiters to bring the bill. Although we lived in a nearby hotel, we didn't go there anymore.

A very pleasant cafe, the menu is European, large portions, everything is delicious. Excellent service, a large coffee card. There are interesting recipes, for example, pumpkin cream soup with spices does not look like a traditional one. The whole interior justifies the name - it reminds of Vienna. There are few tables outside, some of them are in the sun in the heat, so the best choice for summer is inside.

Of the four pizzas ordered and paid for, three were served. They told us that they had "forgotten." Well, we did the fourth one, of course, but we had to wait. We waited 30 minutes at first and about the same amount for the fourth pizza, and we had to go for the fourth from home, the mood was thoroughly spoiled. There were no apologies or compliments from the institution. The service is terrible. The waiter misinformed about the closing time of the restaurant. Anyway, I didn't understand what it was. It's a strange thing. By the way, the pizza tastes like a sole, I got some cartilage or bones, almost broke my teeth. It's terrible, it's terrible! The only advantage is the beautiful interior.

The Vienna and Kitchen cafe was the first place I visited. The impressions are the best! My order consisted of pizza with mozzarella and a cold basil cocktail. The waiter girl recommended taking honey with the pizza. It was excellent: warm mozzarella with honey! And the delicate, mild taste of the cocktail just conquered! The interior is thoughtful, the light is magnificent. The staff is attentive. I recommend you to visit. I wish Vienna Cafe and Kitchen prosperity!

It's a good place. We've been here a couple of times. Quite large portions. Delicious quesadias (although I usually don't really like them), not dry. Interesting salads. An interesting selection of desserts with ice cream. The lasagna is good. Delicious sausages in bacon. Good service. You can ask for a jug of milk for tea.

Last night my son and I visited this place. No one met at the entrance, everyone is busy with their own business. I ordered chicken schnitzel and coke, the waitress said with a dissatisfied look and that's it?! We didn't wait long. But I've never eaten such a meat sole in my life. It's horrible. I could only squeeze in a little. My son's dish was great! During all this time, we were never approached, we waited for the bill for exactly 30 minutes, people more interesting than us came nearby, the order was large and the waitress was not interested in us at all. To my great surprise, 10% tips were already included in the bill. And for what, I still did not understand. I do not recommend this place, from the word at all.

Nice place, but very poor service. At first they got confused and brought coke instead of water, ordered 2 orange juices - they brought only one. They asked me to inform them several times, but to no avail. Then they brought the bill, which had 2 freshes. They pointed out the error and asked to remove the 2nd one. They left with the bill for correction and brought the 2nd fresh. And at the same time, a very unfriendly attitude towards the guests, even a little aggressive. I definitely do not recommend visiting this institution

In Yerevan, this is the third place where good European (to taste) coffee is served.
