On 21.06 at 18.20, when buying Puma sneakers, the price of 17490 was indicated on the box, but the seller said that today the price had changed and the cost was 24990 tenge and they did not have time to update the price tags, and the cashier and the administrator refused to sell at the price tag. During the discussion, the seller tried to tear up the price tag so that I wouldn't have time to take a picture and turned the badge over. According to Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Consumer Rights Protection", the seller is obliged to provide the consumer with reliable and timely information about the product, including its price. This means that any price indicated on the price tag must match the one that is displayed at the checkout. If this does not happen, the consumer has every right to demand that the product be sold at the price indicated on the price tag. Moreover, when I wrote to the complaint book, I saw that since 2023, not a single complaint had been processed and there was no signature or explanation. This means that the store's management does not monitor the level of service at all.
