Extremely slow and outrageous. Employees go on a "break" and nobody knows when they will go back to the counter. Only one counter is "open" and often there's nobody working there even if the lights are on

This is the first time I've been so surprised by a bank. I don't know who thought of making such a small office at the train station, in the center, where there is constant activity. There are even more branches in residential areas. I went specifically to get a card account, stupidly did not look at the size of the branch and did not read the reviews, this branch was the closest to me. When I arrived there, I found that there were only cash registers, only one was working, initially I didn't even know that there were two of them, it turns out, only one was working. The queue is huge, I took at least some kind of ticket to get what I came for, saw what my score was, turned around and left. There were 30+ people in front of me, but okay, today is basically the last slave.the day before the big weekend, rush hour. But I'm not the only one, there are more than one such reviews, and at different times and days people came and saw the same queues. I'll go to the branch on the other side of town faster, get what I need, and get home before I can queue up there. I'm sorry, but even the toilets in this shopping center are bigger than this department, people are standing outside so as not to jostle and wait. There is no ATM to activate the card. I have been using bank cards for a long time, but after coming to the bank for a face-to-face service... disappointment is simple in 5 minutes, but there is nothing to do, because there is a salary project in your bank at work. I will never come to this department again. I'd rather spend time on the road to another place than spend an hour and a half with you.

Constant queues. There is only one cash register. Electronic queue. The customers take the ticket and leave, as there are 10-20 people in the queue. And this is near the railway and car terminals, in the shopping center, where there are many visitors who want to exchange currency and make payments!!! There is no ATM. There is no information kiosk for payment. The cashier is doing well, trying to serve customers quickly, but the queue does not decrease. I stood there for 30 minutes, and then the ticket office closed.... for a technical break! I came a second time ... another 25 minutes. Does the bank really not need customers? I'm just ashamed in front of the guests of the capital for organizing the work. There is no such thing in any BNB cash register.
