I was not expecting such a great spa and tasty food. Now I am waiting for opening pools outside.

Excellent recreation center. We have been there as a family more than once. The rooms are spacious, the linen is clean. The pools are gorgeous.the cuisine is excellent for every taste.We went to the spa. The massage was amazing. Thank you so much to the owners for such a wonderful establishment!!!!

Of the advantages:
✔️New modern room
✔️A chic spa area. Especially the sauna with a swimming pool.
✔️Amazing pools, bar, music by the pool
✔️Delicious restaurant. Pizza is generally a delight.
Now there are disadvantages, which are also quite a few.
- we booked rooms 3 months before arrival, announced that we needed additional rooms.places for children, indicated the age of the children. We booked 3 rooms and an extra place in each. Everything was agreed upon by WhatsApp. We arrived and they tell us that they will not have extra space in one room, they have run out. Are you guys serious? You couldn't buy a cot in three months, knowing that three families with children were coming to you. But the most "wonderful" thing is that you still have to pay for an additional place) There is no extra space, but the money is in advance) They paid extra. Then it turned out that breakfast is not included in this surcharge. In the Whatsapp they wrote what is included, and at check-in, what is not included. Of course, there is no website where you can see the real prices. Only in words. By the way, each room cost us 15,000rubles per day. To understand that this is not a cheap hotel.
- breakfast. It's just a terrible nightmare. We travel a lot and this is the first time we have met such a terrible breakfast. Firstly, they carried it for a very long time every day. Secondly, it is cold. When asked why cold porridge, they replied that it was more useful this way. Fried eggs were served with half of a cherry tomato. Well, throw in another 1,000rubles to your 15,000 for the room and make great delicious breakfasts. And so it's a complete disappointment.
- The number. When we booked 3 months before arrival and announced that we needed 3 rooms and each with an additional place, no one told us that there was no place for additional accommodation. They inflated the mattress and put it under the hinged shelf. Apparently sleeping under a shelf is OK. To our surprise, it was said: a room for two, what do you want. You could have at least warned them that they have such additional places in advance.
- service. This is a separate nightmare. When asked to give a towel to the child (we paid for an extra place and separately for breakfast), but then it turns out that the towel is not included in this money. Imagine my amazement))) But we were given an exception.
When we left for a walk, we asked what time we would be back, saying that the hotel would be closed. This is the first time I've reported to a hotel)
Well, and many other little things. Guys, you have such a cool hotel in terms of infrastructure, well, you pull up the service and breakfasts and the reviews will be completely different.
