The rooms of the hotel have snow-white bed linen and towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and paste. There is a kettle, tea, water. - we booked rooms 3 months before arrival, announced that we needed additional rooms.places for children, indicated the age of the children. We booked 3 rooms and an extra place in each. Everything was agreed upon by WhatsApp. We arrived and they tell us that they will not have extra space in one room, they have run out. Are you guys serious? You couldn't buy a cot in three months, knowing that three families with children were coming to you. But the most "wonderful" thing is that you still have to pay for an additional place) There is no extra space, but the money is in advance) They paid extra. Then it turned out that breakfast is not included in this surcharge. In the Whatsapp they wrote what is included, and at check-in, what is not included. Of course, there is no website where you can see the real prices. Only in words. By the way, each room cost us 15,000rubles per day. To understand that this is not a cheap hotel.
- breakfast. It's just a terrible nightmare. We travel a lot and this is the first time we have met such a terrible breakfast. Firstly, they carried it for a very long time every day. Secondly, it is cold. When asked why cold porridge, they replied that it was more useful this way. Fried eggs were served with half of a cherry tomato. Well, throw in another 1,000rubles to your 15,000 for the room and make great delicious breakfasts. And so it's a complete disappointment.
- The number. When we booked 3 months before arrival and announced that we needed 3 rooms and each with an additional place, no one told us that there was no place for additional accommodation. They inflated the mattress and put it under the hinged shelf. Apparently sleeping under a shelf is OK. To our surprise, it was said: a room for two, what do you want. You could have at least warned them that they have such additional places in advance.
- service. This is a separate nightmare. When asked to give a towel to the child (we paid for an extra place and separately for breakfast), but then it turns out that the towel is not included in this money. Imagine my amazement))) But we were given an exception.
When we left for a walk, we asked what time we would be back, saying that the hotel would be closed. This is the first time I've reported to a hotel)
Well, and many other little things. Guys, you have such a cool hotel in terms of infrastructure, well, you pull up the service and breakfasts and the reviews will be completely different.

The entrance cost 12000 tenge. For this price you get 2 shallow pools and sun beds. All. The continent is mostly parents with children. The service is below average, we were counted what we did not order at all. I had to prove that this was a mistake. The sauna is not included in this price. Decorations made of plastic palm trees look very cheap, towels are paid. I do not recommend visiting!

We have been staying at this hotel for two years. A must-visit in Konaev: lots of clean pools, delicious cuisine, live music all day by the pools, a light holiday atmosphere. The rooms in the new building and the spa are a separate respect: beautiful interior, cleanliness.

We visited this institution on 03.02, we really liked different types of baths, even for those who do not like to steam, especially the Russian bath with a font connected to the outdoor pool by an underwater passage, is impressive! It's a disgusting place. I chose a day and came to the baths. At one o'clock in the afternoon, all baths are cold (open from 10) hamam 30° , Russian bath 49°! The exterior is beautiful, but it's not much use when you want to steam up!!! I stayed for half an hour, I didn't get the promised steam. Wasted time and money!!! I didn't get an apology either.

We spent two wonderful days here in August! Great pools. I especially liked the pool with a circular flow, even for adults it was fun for us to relax in this stream. It was nice that there was live music, and the animators tried to cheer up. The room was quite comfortable.

Отличное место, бываем не первый раз.
По номеру: были в экономе, чисто, уютно, достаточно просторно, мы были с грудным ребенком, и у нас в номере была манежка.;
По бассейну: красиво и что самое важное чисто, но при этом вода не пахнет хлоркой, вода прохладная, (но это по моим ощущениям, народ купается) для теплолюбивых есть бассейн с подогревом и это +;
По еде: вкусно, цены достаточно приемлемые.
Обслуживание: тоже не к чему придраться, все вежливые улыбаются, ребята стараются быстро, но из-за размера территории все равно немного долго выходит. При этом для особо нетерпеливых есть бар на воде. А для того, чтобы накормить детей, заказывайте заранее

Все мило, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Три дня чилили у бассейна и забыли обо всем!
Понравилось · Мы заехали в конце апреля, в четверг и провели там два с половиной дня.
Бассейн еще только наполнялся, лежаки ждали своей очереди после зимней спячки. Но когда мы сказали, что выбрали отель именно из-за бассейна, нас предупредили, что вода еще холодная, но включили подогрев и специально для нас помыли лежаки и выдали на них новые матрасики. В первый день вода была около 20 градусов, но после палящего солнца я окунулся, чтобы охладиться и это было прекрасно, хоть и работники отеля на меня смотрели как на моржа) Три дня мы с женой расслаблялись у бассейна. В субботу она даже решилась искупаться насмотревшись на плескающихся детей. Заказ из бара можно сделать через официанта сразу к лежаку, но можно и просто сходить на бар и выбрать коктейль или любой другой напиток. Столики, чтобы покушать, есть и прям радом с бассейном, так и на улице рядом с рестораном.
Еда. Завтраки включены. Это чай(кофе не предлагали), вкусная каша, яичница, что-нибудь мясное и немного салата. Этого вполне хватало. Особенно порадовало, что завтраки с 11 утра до 12 дня. Мы сони, нам самое то. Обедали и ужинали мы тоже там. В комплексе есть караоке, но когда мы были там все три дня были банкеты и спецобслуживание) Вообще у местных ресторан популярен и они сюда приходят поужинать или отметить событие. Официанты, бармен и кальянщик вежливые и приятные ребята.
Вокруг. В самом Конаеве особо делать нечего. По крайней мере в апреле. В городе есть аквапарк, но он еще не работал. Баню в дельмаре забронировать не удалось, посоветовали заранее бронировать (видимо, так хорошо, что местные все время разбирают). Вообще бань-саун в городе много, но мы уже ими не интересовались. Водохранилище приятное. Вообще, вид на воду красивый, песочек тоже милый и мягкий. Ночью на пляже видно звезды и луну, что еще надо?)
Поездкой очень довольны, летом и(или) осенью заглянем еще)
Не понравилось · Сразу оговорка. Мы были чуть ли не первыми гостями в этом сезоне. Отель еще готовился к полномасштабному открытию. При нас еще подкрашивали у убирали все после зимы. Поэтому местами было немного грязно, но это все поправили.
Про водохранилище. Много мусора после прошлогоднего сезона разрушенные бунгала и прочие прелести пляжной жизни. Я понимаю, что не сезон, но Администрация города могла бы позаботиться и договориться с бизнесом, чтобы прибирали за собой после сезона. К лету думаю, это все приведут в порядок.

Супер отличное место для отдыха! Все на высшем уровне, еда просто на 5 с плюсом, номера чистые, все в греческом стиле! Обслуживание на 100 процентов! Спасибо Администрации, вы молодцы, так держать! А бассейны просто супер, хлоркой не пахнет, реагенты хорошие добавляют и вода чистейшая в бассейне!

Был только в кафе. Очень вкусно, разнообразно, цены приемлемые. Персонал отзывчивый, вежливый, оперативный. Цены средние, вышло около 5000 на человека, но это от души набрали, еле съели :))

Маленькая Турция! Отлична зона отдыха, обслуживание на уровне,быстро,кухня хорошая. Очень удобно что есть все для детей,они под присмотром спасателей,теплые бассейны очень порадовали!!! Мы отлично провели время!!!

Пляжа своего нет, надо идти и не факт, что будет место на пляже. Есть бассейны -два, но не очень большие. Лежаки бесплатные, но топчаны по 7000 тенге на весь день. Вход платный, номер 40 000 тенге сутки. Номера не большие, кровать, есть мини холодильник, кондиционер. Воняло в номере. Вечером в бассейне и на территории была мошкара и много кузнечиков. Кухня твёрдая четвёрка. Шашлык баранина был не вкусный. Не доделанный. Обслуживание долгое, народу много было, но официанты вежливые. Завтрак включён и приличный. Пиво было разнообразное и холодненькое.

Дорого, номера чистые белье свежее всегда, в пик сезона дорожает в разы, есть бассейн, ресторан с неплохой кухней, танцпол, летник, огражденные стоянки, персонал приветливый и админ Юлия внимательная

Останавливались в отеле. Комната стандарт, двойное размещение. За сутки заплатили около 90 usd. В комнате очень грязно, особенно ванная и туалет. Постель грязная. Полы грязные. Все требует ремонта, но хозяева видимо считают, что и так сойдет. Думали вечером сможем покупаться в большом бассейне , после того как все гости покинут данное заведение, но бассейны вечером закрывают, даже для постояльцев. Не рекомендую останавливаться в этом месте. Единственное за что добавил звезду - это за шашлык, который был очень вкусный.

Очень очень рекомендую все хорошо бассейны чистые еда вкусная персонал вежливый в номерах чисто , мы только в Дельмаро ездием , с уверенностью, на хороший отдых.

Был только в баре) коктейли нормальные вроде не разбавленные) персонал вежливый приветливый. Неплохая музыка. Жаль в центре нет подобного заведения не всегда ради пары коктейлей хочется ехать в тот район
