I had such a wonderful stay at Otel Zade in Erzurum. From the very first moment, the front desk staff welcomed us warmly and even offered complimentary welcome drinks like coffee, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is extremely clean and hygienic, which really stood out for me. They also provided thoughtful amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste sets, as well as a shaving kit and an in-room safe box. Even though no rooms were available online, I contacted them on WhatsApp, and they kindly arranged two rooms for us right away such an amazing level of support. The manager personally greeted us with a warm welcome, making us feel truly valued as guests. Overall, a safe, spotless, and very hospitable place to stay in Erzurum. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, for a solid 4k. Not new, the rooms are a little tired, but since the interior of the hotel is designed in a modern style, this does not spoil it. I liked the breakfasts, excellent bed linen and the staff who are ready to help.

The hotel as a whole is not bad, it is necessary to pay attention to cleanliness. The floors were dirty, they were very dirty, the child's duvet cover was torn in 3 places. The towels were dirty from old age, the windows wouldn't open, the air conditioner wouldn't work, and the stuffiness was terrifying at night. On the plus side, the breakfasts are good, there is parking for cars and near the center, that's all.

We stayed at this hotel while passing through, we went from Mersin to Tb. Nice hotel, very helpful staff, car can be parked near the hotel. We had a room on the 5th floor, a large room, a 2-bedroom bed, two armchairs, a table, a compliment fruit. The bathroom is clean, there is everything you need. Breakfast on the 6th floor, buffet, everything is delicious, but unfortunately the staff did not explain to us that you can order an omelet and we did not try it.
