Attention! The deposit is not refunded! We rented a car from June 23 to August 2. It all starts very decently: quick responses, good feedback, and courtesy. We booked a two-cabin, drove along the route, returned the car, and that's where it started. The deposit that this office takes in cash is not refunded! They add it to the blacklist and that's it: I can't get through, I can't finish writing. We just lost the $200 deposit. They take advantage of the fact that tourists leave the country after handing over their cars. According to the terms, they must be returned in 8 days, in fact — NEVER.

Avoid it, deception! Everything is fine until the deposit is returned. We paid for the car and were promised to return the deposit in about a week. A week later, stupid excuses like "Oh, why haven't you received the deposit yet?" began, and then the distributor simply disappeared, did not pick up the phone and blocked all messengers. ~200 bucks were squeezed, the impression of the trip was ruined. But there was such a smiling and courteous agent, he called me "bro", smiled, shook my hand. I wish I could fire him, but I guess he's the whole company. They also forgot to put a standard wheel replacement kit in the bag. As a result, we punctured on the highway and spent 2 hours fishing for the same cruzer with a pick-up collar and an adapter. It's a shame.
