The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a great breakfast, included in the room rate. Lunch and dinner are also available. There is a parking lot. The price is quite affordable.

I didn't really like the shower, it needs to be upgraded, because concrete partitions have been out of fashion for 20 years. But at the same time, we were satisfied. And we slept well from the road and had a delicious breakfast. In Kazan, similar hotels cost around 7 thousand rubles.

For people who like to smoke, there are smoking rooms on each floor. The rooms are cozy at first glance. But if you find fault with the little things. Then Ostap got carried away . For two nights there was no cleaning even once!!! There is no drinking water in the rooms. Actually, as well as the cooler on the floors! There were also disadvantages in the bathroom, the toilet seat is hanging on one ear, the shower mount does not hold (at half past five), the hot water runs with gaps (it just abruptly ends hot and returns after 30 seconds), half a roll of paper (apparently from other guests left), there are no packages in the trash containers! But the most relish is when repair work is underway on weekends (apparently such happiness fell on our dates) workers walk on the roof at 8 am (we lived on the 3rd floor), and at 9 the puncher starts! Even an evil neighbor who has been doing repairs for 4 years does not allow himself to do this! The breakfasts are normal, but even here we got it: there were no clean forks, there was no drinking water in the carafes. The coffee machine ran out of water. But there is no staff!!! To inform you! I'm not a fan of negativity, but something didn't go according to plan! In general, judge for yourself, but I'm not coming back!

It was very hot in the room, and I asked the administrator twice to turn down the heating, but it didn't help. If there were radiators, I would have covered them with a blanket. The heating is provided by underfloor heating. Even the open window didn't help, it was so hot in the room. Although it was -11 outside. I had to sleep in the heat with the sounds of passing cars. At around 6 a.m., they started cooking breakfast because the windows were open and there was a strong smell of fried onions. As a result, I didn't get enough sleep at all, I woke up exhausted. In order to get myself in order, I had to buy aspirin, since there was a pharmacy across the street. One of the advantages is a clean room and a delicious breakfast. I hope the administration will take measures to ensure that the temperature in the room meets the standards.
