The terrible attitude of the mall administration towards parking problems. In the Prisma Shopping center, the Administration is inactive in non-standard situations. A very unpleasant incident occurred in the parking lot. After a minor accident, two cars blocked the exit. Instead of helping, the mall administration showed complete indifference. The guards and staff refused to open other exits or organize traffic in any way.As a result, the entire parking lot was stuck in traffic for 40-50 minutes without any information. People started to be released only after 40 minutes, at least somehow. It seems that the administration does not have any plan for such cases, and visitors with their time and problems simply do not interest them. After that, I don't want to come back here anymore.

Free parking, on June 12, 25. The check-in is convenient, but climbing to floors above the first floor is a complete horror, a sharp slope, and it's dark in the parking lot. So far, only 4, for free.
