В прошлом году делали ростверковый незаглубленный фундамент. Сделали опалубку выше чем следовало и закидали песком снизу , чтоб не видно было. Пришла весна дождями размыло насыпь оказалось что в месте соединения жб. Сваи и ростверка огален арм каркас сваи. Вел переписку с представителем см.скрин фото. Готовлю документы для суда.
