I am absolutely shocked by the bank’s service. We have been sitting here for 5 hours and still cannot complete the car registration because the system is not working. I believe it is necessary to review the work of the IT department staff, as your system is not functioning either at the cashier or during the registration process.

Terrible service. Today I had to contact this bank because I needed to open a card. To begin with, the bank has only 3 universal cash desks. And!!! Many customers were queuing to register and pay for the car. This procedure takes about 20-30 minutes. And it took only 5 minutes to open the card. There were 60 more people in line before me . The workers are working slowly. There were clients whom they accepted without waiting in line or called the number they needed. Tanish bilish is thriving. Why not make a separate window for plastic cards. Why, when there are so many people, only 3 windows are working.?
