It was our 3rd stay in Beach Hotel since 2022 with a combined duration of stay well over a month, renting 2 rooms each time. And probably the last (( The territory is great with a lot of greenery due to golf courses, the rooms are fine. The food is quite average with the prices being triple of those of good restaurants in the downtown. But we tried only 4 restaurants at the resort. The view of the sea is worse than usual due to the palm under construction from one side and a large port from another. But that palm defends the lagoon from the waves even on windy days, which makes it a very good place for swimming and water sports. My family is fond of windsurfing and the only reason we even considered this hotel was a well-equipped water sports station, which we had trouble finding in Dubai. Here one could get windsurfing, wingfoiling, sailing, kiting, SUP and more. But the hotel's management decided they did not need it so now non-motorized water sports are limited to a single kayak and a single sup. If you are fond of golf or horses, it could still be a place to go, but if you used to come here for water sports, you should look elsewhere.

There are several bars on site. The staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. But if you don't know English, then you're not here. Few people speak Russian. Now about the cons. A very unpleasant moment was immediately upon check-in, the travel agency sending us there did not warn us that the hotel requires a tourist fee of 120 dirhams upon check-in, and a deposit is required! They charged us $500 for 6 nights! At the same time, he returns only on the day of departure and in dirhams, which he already has nowhere to spend, and it is not an option to change at the airport at an extremely unfavorable rate. In general, you need to take a lot of money with you. The second thing I didn't like was that the hotel is located in the countryside, absolutely in the fields and between construction sites, for example, there is absolutely nowhere to go to eat somewhere outside the territory. You will only have to go to the city on their bus, which runs 3 times a day, and maybe stand in traffic for a long time. If you go to this hotel, be sure to take a full-board tour, as it is very expensive to buy lunch or dinner there separately, regardless of what you want to take, you will have to pay 225 dirhams per person, which is more than 5,000 rubles per person. You'll splurge on food during your vacation. We only took breakfast and regretted it very much. Everything in the hotel is very expensive! And the third disadvantage for us is the very narrow beds in the room, probably 80 cm, you can only lie on them with your hands at your sides, otherwise you will fall off, and they are also tall. We didn't get enough sleep on these. To be honest, it's not clear who this is designed for, and if a large, overweight person doesn't fit at all. We asked them to change our room, and they said they had beds like this everywhere. If you have one double bed, it's better, but if you like us, you need two separate beds.

The hotel that the locals choose!!! This is the best advertisement and review! The rooms are large and comfortable! Water supplies and a kitchenette were replenished daily. We haven't seen such a variety on the buffet for a long time: from draniki, several types of fish and meat, to octopus and mussels! There was no evening animation, but there was plenty of entertainment throughout the day. Parking is free and you can easily park a rented car. Golf courses and walking peacocks are a separate plus! The head of the shift explained this "confusion" by the heavy workload of the hotel, but it was more like something else. Slightly spoiled the impression of the hotel. And we were not the only ones who faced such a problem. Nevertheless, we recommend that you visit, but you need to check your accounts carefully.

There aren't that many people on the floor and the rooms are empty... Again, even here they meet us halfway for such money (they settle right away), they settled here at exactly three. The room is not the newest and best, the iron was given - it sucks, shower gel is in short supply, they poured it into a container (in the shower stall) at a minimum. In general, nothing special and the most important thing was under our room 522 on the fifth floor, there was a sports bar downstairs and vacationers were not allowed to sleep, who were laughing, screaming, screaming, whistling foreigners until 12 a.m. and later, we had a family room with a child. They complained about the reception, but it didn't matter, they didn't understand Russian!!! In general, somehow 50* 50 left an impression.

There were a lot of places on the beach, minus the algae in the water, which was not cleaned. There's no entertainment in the evening, except for one bar with a DJ, and that's not every day. We've only seen the animation in the pool 2 times. The territory is very beautiful, the food is delicious. But I definitely won't go anymore.

There are many flowers and palm trees on the territory. Peacocks and other birds are walking carefree. Nutrition is beyond praise. No queues or jostling. The rooms are cozy, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is somewhat remote from the center of Dubai, but it doesn't matter. Transport links are well established. (either private taxi or shuttle) A comfortable private transfer from the airport and back.
