The hotel is just top! It is very beautiful and green, the service is like in the best luxury five, and everywhere - at the reception, in the restaurant, in bars, on the beaches, etc. The food is - there are no words - very tasty. A super system with a distribution that you can have lunch or dinner in different restaurants (like me, la carte, ordering from the menu), but also in the main restaurant the food was very tasty, desserts - I want to note separately, fuck off. The pastry chef at the hotel is very cool. The rooms are very well cleaned, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. A huge number of pools, there are always places on the beach, in general, the hotel exceeded all my expectations. If you go to the main building (Beach Hotel) or if you have a higher budget - to Palm Tree Court.
The Lake View building is not clear - it is very far from the sea and from most restaurants, of course shuttles run through the territory, but this is for an amateur.
In general, I liked the hotel very much, you can safely choose it.

My husband had a doctor, and the hotel itself provided dessert with a candle in the room, and at my request, the restaurant congratulated me with a beautiful cake and fireworks. It will be remembered for a long time).
Of the disadvantages: the distance of the hotel from the center; the cost of food and drinks in restaurants is very high, and there is no way to go out and buy something outside the hotel. We had enough HB food, as we left the hotel in the afternoon. Water is provided in the room for free.

... but how we were tricked with the laundry!!!! We tried to find out what the price for the laundry is waiting for us, but they waved us off, like we'll count it later. We have collected everything that is bad and handed it over to Layndry!!! We waited three days, and finally we got our things. We were amazed by the amount announced - we were presented with a check for 500 dirhams 🙈 (our almost 13,000 rubles). I want to warn everyone who will rest in this hotel from troubles of this kind (I take off the star for the laundry)

There are many swimming pools on the territory, there is a bird park, a stable, golf courses, a fitness room. A beautiful promenade along the yachts. Golf, micro zoo, squash, badminton, tennis, etc. The rooms are neat, clean, relatively fresh. Far from Atlantis, of course, but a cut above the local Hilton. In general, I can recommend it for a calm, measured rest. It is about an hour's drive from the airport to the hotel, by city taxi - 165 dirzams, about 4500 rubles.

According to the numbers, we were put in a room on the ground floor, with a terrible view. Some kind of hoods or I do not know what it is, I will attach a photo. They asked to relocate, unfortunately, they did not relocate, allegedly there were no available rooms. At the same time, when it was raining and several rooms were flooded, I know for sure, the neighbors told me. The balcony, if you can call it a balcony, well, there's just nothing to do, since it's no fun to sit there and the view is ugly. Previously, we had a rest on the JA network, I really liked it. Now in the future, with the choice of room, you need to insist on the higher floor or the other side. It greatly spoiled the impression. My husband likes to sit on the balcony with tea and watch the sea, alas …

A chic 5* hotel! Large green area, nice private beach, clean sea. There are 5 pools of different depths on the territory, you can take beach towels everywhere, there are plenty of sun beds. Several restaurants, not all had time to visit. The food is very tasty. A buffet with a wonderful assortment, everyone will find food to taste. Large spacious room with a balcony-terrace where there is an umbrella and sun beds. Buggies ply the territory. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to three malls. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, the cleanest bed linen and towels. There are golf courses, tennis courts, a gym. Peacocks are walking around the territory. He dreams of coming back here again. The rest turned out to be just fabulous.

Excellent hotel, large territory, cozy rooms, each room has a balcony, many swimming pools, almost every one has a bar, a lot of activities, you can play tennis, football, volleyball for free. The food is a dump of the head, there is everything: seafood, cheeses, nuts, fruits, a bunch of desserts. They ate so much that they could not walk.
Alcohol - depends on the bartenders.
We were in the ala kart restaurant - it's expensive and the food is the same as in the buffet restaurant. Not worth it.
I didn't like the sea either, in July it was in algae, an unfinished palm tree spoils the view.
All the hotel staff are very smiling and always ready to help, buggies drive around the territory, you can have dinner at a nearby hotel.
Little water is brought to the room - in this heat, 0.5 per person per day is very little.
Alcohol is normal. It is very difficult to figure out what is included in your ol inclusive. There were always enough sun beds for everyone, except on Saturdays, when, apparently, the locals come. There is no animation, but it's fine as it is. It's a long way to the city, 40 minutes - an hour by taxi.
The territory is very well maintained, well-groomed and beautiful. Excellent horses live on the territory of the hotel, you can ride. The most beautiful peacocks really walk around the territory.
In general, I liked everything, there are no questions about the hotel, but rest in the emirates itself is not for everyone, there is a desert around, it's boring.

Buying water, as well as buying coffee in a hotel is expensive. For amateurs and professionals, it is better to buy alcohol in advance in duty free. We rested at the hotel in September. We were satisfied with the trip to the hotel. The territory is very large, you can visit the territory of other hotels of this chain. We took an all-inclusive tour, there are no complaints about food, there is a choice. The only caveat, the dishes do not change. In 7 days, in principle, I did not get tired of food. It is convenient to move around the territory, golf carts drive, if you live in the palm building, then you can call a golf car to the room. The territory is really large, sometimes they used such a function, since it was very hot at this time of the year. With regard to the beach, the beach is sandy, there are a huge number of sunbeds, there are always free ones, towels are given out on the beach. The sea is disgusting, but this is generally to be expected in this place, it is very shallow, algae swim (not just everything in them, but there are), crabs have been noticed a couple of times. Be prepared for the view, you will not see the sea as such, there will be a piece of a bulk palm tree in front of you, on which an unfinished overpass is located, and the port will be visible on the right (almost all the time it was like in a fog, so it did not particularly catch your eye). There are several pools on the territory, almost all with a depth of 1.2 meters, but there is also a deep one, 2 + meters, with a beautiful view, you can take good photos in it. Each pool has a bar, you can take both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Strong alcohol is good. There is Wi-Fi throughout the territory. It works great, fast, there have never been any problems with it. The contingent is mainly Germans, of retirement age. There were few Russians. There weren't many families with children either, so it was quite calm. Regarding the number. The rooms are nice, clean, not broken, the furniture is relatively fresh (we were in the palm tree building). They are cleaned every day, the only thing that seemed that they did not change the bed linen for 7 days. Water is brought daily for 3 bottles of 1.5 liters. There is a kettle, a coffee machine (tea and capsules are also available). You can order room service for a fee. The air conditioning is always weakly turned on in the room, so it was always fresh in it.
Of the minuses:
Russian Russian is not spoken by the staff, and many people speak English poorly and sometimes it was quite difficult to understand them (the reception staff does not have such problems, so you will understand them for sure), there is one employee at the reception who speaks Russian, but it felt like he still did not quite understand. In this regard, I think that we could not use half of the functionality of our tariff, because we simply could not find out from anyone normally (my English level is not high). The brochures that are given are not entirely informative. But still the staff is good-natured. One night there was a problem with the fire alarm, it turned on by itself, the problem was solved in about 20 minutes, in the morning they apologized in the form of a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine.
I didn't like that everywhere they offer to indicate the room number and sign the receipt for food and drinks, they explain this by saying that it is necessary for reporting. There was a little tension because of this, but everything went well when leaving no extras. there were no payments. You can always check the bill through the menu in your room's TV.
If you are going shopping, then this hotel is quite far from the city. It takes about an hour to get to the center, 20 minutes to the nearest mall (but it's so-so, shabby). Free buses run from the hotel, you can find out the time at the reception and it is better to book a bus there in advance.
A lot of locals come to rest from Fri-Sun, there is a fuss and noise.
Also be careful when booking a plane ticket for departure home, your fare will end exactly at 12 p.m. and at 12 p.m. you will need to check out of the room and you will not be able to use the fare services accordingly. Perhaps you can extend it for an additional fee, but you need to find out at the reception.
In general, if you are looking for a place for a lazy holiday, then this hotel will perfectly cope with this, there are no annoying animations and other noise. There is a great opportunity to stay on the sun beds, where no one will be around and enjoy the sun.

Favorite hotel in Jabal Ali.. not, in general, probably the most favorite hotel.
There is a nuance, if you hang out on the beach or you are with children, then definitely here, a water park (really fun, especially when it's dark), a bunch of restaurants and bars, yachts, palm trees, golf. the breakfast is very good, the food in the cafe is 5 out of 5. There are no shops or anything nearby.. except the hotel grounds. but it is not necessary. clothes, shoes, etc. are sold inside, if anything. The prices correspond to the quality))
About the nuance... if you need to work or you are about a quiet vacation, you can try the neighboring Lake View. For interest, I changed the room for the night via the internal network (they gave me a large room, no extra charges, like not at sea and so cheaper). There are bigger rooms, fresher in design, everything shines)). And there's silence.. people are sitting in laptops and there are no wild parties. So, the hotels work as one, from lake view to the beach in two minutes - they will take you by golf cart, they come right away.

Everything is perfect : food , service , a huge territory , golf , a zoo , the opportunity to visit restaurants throughout the territory . I am pleased with the free shuttle to 3 shopping centers . -the most important minus is desalinated water (terribly not tasty), you can only drink Evian and San Pelegrin (700 rubles per bottle, dry wine but. from 8000 rubles)
