Good rooms, Good Breakfast, Maybe room price is 10 to 20 % higher than what it should be. But the drawback is the city tax 4$ per person per night which was not included we had to pay extra. No other hotel all over uzbekistan asked us for city tax & we had stayed in bigger 5 star hotels as well.

Very stylish and authentic. The owner is a very nice person. Recommend to stay at least for a night.
The breakfast was a buffet with quite tasty food. I enjoyed the omelet.

We liked the hotel. The staff is very polite. The kitchen is great. The rooms and the hall itself are in the national style, not for urbanists. The entire ancient center is nearby. There is a bathtub in the room, which is more convenient for me than a shower. Everything works, it doesn't leak. The air conditioner is normal, copes well with high heat. The doors are locked with a card lock, which is more convenient than keys. Some rooms have a safe. There is a kettle in the room and bottled water is provided. If something is missing, sugar, tea or soap, the staff kindly provides them.
The only comment to the hotel owner is to update the towels, otherwise they are no longer pure white, but with a grayish tinge.

I liked everything, I rested there for two nights. The room is clean, cool, the air conditioner is working, the bathroom is large, everything you need is there.

A very beautiful, atmospheric hotel. Convenient location, old town, a couple of minutes to Labi house. This is not just a hotel, it is a historic house included in the UNESCO Heritage List. The atmosphere of this place is amazing, the location is excellent - a few minutes along the old winding streets and you are in the very center of old Bukhara. The rooms are authentic, but with amenities - the bathroom is quite modern, there are cosmetics - shower gel, shampoo. There are slippers, there are no bathrobes. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfasts are traditional - porridge, eggs, sliced, sweets, fruits, a coffee machine, not much, but everything is cooked decently, tasty. Drinks can be bought at the reception. Cards are not accepted, at least we were told that the terminal is not working, but this is typical for Uzbekistan. The owner of the hotel is very pleasant, almost always on site, wondering if everything is in order, asked to check out two hours later - agreed without additional payment. This hotel is straight about emotions, into the very heart of those who want to immerse themselves as much as possible.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the atmosphere of the hotel and the flavor cannot be expressed in words, it is better to live and see for yourself. We stayed here from September 23 to September 25, 2024. The service and the hotel itself are at the highest level! If you arrive by the standard check-in time, you will be met and accommodated personally by the owner of the hotel - Comille. It is important for the reception staff that you do not need anything during your stay here, so they will often, but not obsessively, be interested in your well-being, which is very pleasant. The territory of the hotel is clean, the breakfasts are very tasty. There are laundry and ironing services, if necessary, you can have lunch and dinner in the dining room of the hotel, provided that you discuss this with the staff and make an order in advance. A lot has already been written about the historical part of the hotel by previous commentators. In general, solid 5 stars and our recommendations!

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful - wonderful rooms (spacious, clean, with everything you need), great breakfasts, old beautiful grounds. The whole impression was spoiled by the moment of departure. We had a night check-out and when checking out at night, the boys at the reception, embarrassed and Julia, began to demand a tourist tax from us. Why this was not done at check-in is a question! Maybe this is our last day and we've spent it all. No one said a word about the tax the whole time they were here. It feels like that's how boys earn money. In general, the impression was greatly spoiled. Since we were checking out at night, we were asked to make lunch boxes instead of breakfast - we were told that they would assemble "richly". In principle, we expected this, considering what luxurious breakfasts were at the hotel. We have collected a piece of bread and half a cucumber!

Замечательная гостиница в здании девятнадцатого века. Были здесь уже два раза. Скромные, но очень вкусные завтраки в старинной гостиной 19 века. Очень удобное расположение, в трёх минутах от исторического центра. Удобный подьезд для такси. Отдельное спасибо Комилю, хозяину гостиницы, за прекрасный отдых. Обязательно берите экскурсию-переезд в Самарканд у Комиля. Мы увидели пустыню, искупались в озере, заехали к гончарам в Гиджеван, побывали на источнике в Нурате. Впечатлений море.

Enchanted by this hotel! The family-run hotel is located in an old building of the 19th century, with cozy rooms decorated in the style of the summer residence of the last emir of Bukhara, with galleries and passages, with charming courtyards.
I would especially like to say about the restaurant: the details of the 19th century painting, carved wooden windows, a terrace are carefully preserved in the room. Delicious varied breakfasts, polite pleasant staff. Located in the historical part of the city, close to all attractions.

An authentic hotel in the merchant's house. Different rooms. I took a spacious (apparently a suite) and the room is really big with ceilings under 4 m. Of the modern ones, only the bathroom and it is, in fact, like in a cheap hotel. There are no complaints about the rest - it is very colorful, quiet, in the center, close to many attractions and restaurants.

Бутик отель расположен в историческом центре города. Экскурсия по городу у нас началась от дверей отеля. Кстати они очень красивые. Мне очень понравилось, что нам показали 2 номера и дали возможность выбрать какой больше нравится. Номера все разные, и интересные. Было приятно жить в таком необычном номере. Помещение, в котором завтракали, сохранилось с 19 века и я специально садилась каждый раз в новое место, чтобы разглядывать стены. На завтрак был ассортимент на любой вкус, правда он не менялся, но за 3 дня не надоест. Очень понравилось отношение к постояльцам. Перед нашим отъездом женщина, из того же города что и мы, забыла пижаму в номере, и администратор попросил нас передать.

Прекрасная гостиница в 300 метрах от исторического центра Бухары. Огромный номер ( метров 50, тот, в котором мы жили). Хозяин гостиницы Комиль, прекрасно все оргагизовал, помог с выбором ресторанов аутентичной кухни, посоветовал, где лучше купить симку. Отличный травяной чай, эспрессо на уровне. Настолько потрясающе уютное колоритное место! Атмосферно, душевно, чувствуется тепло и национальный дух города, трепетно сохранены интерьеры старой Бухары, особенно в зале для завтраков. В части удобств - все достаточно современно и удачно интегрировано. персонал замечательный! молодые ребята в основном, внимательные, воспитанные, чуткие, а сам хозяин вообще очарователен! Гостеприимен, отзывчив, абсолютно тактичен и всегда готов помочь, посоветовать, где что посмотреть, попробовать, впечатлится! Если в Бухару, то только к нему в отель! Завтраки вкусные, немного адаптированные для европейского вкуса, и можно прекрасно начать день с них). Из каждого номера можно выйти в какой-либо внутренний дворик, посидеть, подышать воздухом, насладиться птичьими переговорами), или просто пообщаться с друзьями. Видимо, соединены несколько старинных домов и дополнены (органично) современными постройками. Легкий флер переходов и лестниц придает необычный характер отелю👌🏽

Первый отель с которого началось знакомство с Узбекистаном. Удобное расположение внутри старого города, все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Приехал рано утром, встретили, заселили, накормили ) за адекватные деньги конечно. Ребята на ресепшене огромные молодцы, подскажут, расскажут, посоветуют хорошие кафе, рестораны. Отдельное спасибо хозяину отеля Комилю, оперативно реагирует на все запросы. Это хорошая четвёрка - чисто, уютно, зона питания просто фантастическая, сохранила свой колорит и культуру Узбекистана!! Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные )

Очень и очень красивый отель: интерьеры в национальном стиле, в столовой сохранился первозданный вид, двери как отдельное произведение искусства. Находится в историческом месте Бухары, очень удобно.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал и самого Комиля - очень трепетное отношение к гостю, всегда отзывчивые к вопросам.

Супер классный отель, который входит в ТОП 25 самых старых отелей мира. Отличный персонал, чисто и вкусный завтрак. Очень впечатляет сохраненная атмосфера восточного дома 19-го века. Росписи на стенах и деревянные потолки. Ставни и двери, которым более 100 лет!

Удивительное место: расположен в бывшем еврейском квартале, поэтому и синагога и еврейское кладбище рядом. При этом действительно сохранен национальный колорит и атмосфера эпохи эмиров и ханов. Завтраки полноценные, даже чересчур я бы сказала: голодным точно никто не останется: творог, йогурт, омлет, блинчики, гренки, сладости, фрукты… Номера в том же стиле, но поскромней чем «трапезная». Ванная комната приятно удивила, в Европе в такого плана бутик-отелях это редкость. Отдельная благодарность хозяину и команде. Бронирую обычно через Booking, но в свете последних событий в России, пришлось через Яндекс. Неправильно рассчитала время заезда, не учла долгую пересадку, попросила оператора сдвинуть даты. Написали, что получили отказ. Разумеется, не поверила и сама связалась с отелем. Без проблем оказалось и даже разместили в 6 утра. Единственный минус: слышимость и ремонт, но это уже мелочи.

The breakfasts are tasteless and meager, in fairness I will say that this is the case in almost all hotels in Bukhara and Samarkand. The price tag is fantastic, and the owner is also terribly cunning. Upon arrival, a room for three is $ 85, you can pay at the eviction, but the price is already $ 92, like I forgot what price I originally said. Transfer to the train station is 10 dollars !!! For comparison: Yandex - taxi is 2.5 dollars! Two houses down the same street , the hotel is simpler , but the breakfasts are much better and the price is $ 40 . We moved there for the last day of our stay.

We decided to stay in this hotel in Bukhara after watching a movie on YouTube about a couple's travels in Uzbekistan. We were not disappointed. Or rather, they were just delighted. I am delighted with the reception, accommodation, staff relations and just the atmosphere and flavor of the East, literally reigning within the walls of this family-run hotel. Its owner Komil is directly involved in the life of the hotel. He meets himself, communicates with visitors, which is very expensive. For a reasonable price (5,500 rubles per day), we got a great oriental-style room with a bathroom, air conditioning, a table, a wardrobe, a huge bed. Everything is serviceable, clean, and sound. In the morning, breakfast in the style of "Swiss table". Many positions. Eggs, porridge, fruits and vegetables, a lot of sweets. You can really get enough right before dinner.))) The hotel is located almost in the center, within walking distance of many sights of Bukhara. Many thanks to the hotel staff, and separately to its owner Komil for a warm welcome, for help in difficulties. I definitely recommend this hotel to all tourists. Прекрасный отель! Присоединяюсь ко всем хвалебным отзывам! Это семейный бизнес, теперь отелем заправляет Камиль - обращались по всем вопросам, всё оперативно решалось в лучшем виде.
И вообще, обслуживание на высшем уровне!
Расположение удобное - близко к основным достопримечательностям, ресторанам, кафе и Гастроному. Но тихо.
Завтраки вкусные и обильные: 3 вида каш, омлет и яичница, блинчики, сладости, орехи йогурты, фрукты, овощи и зелень. Были на Навруз - угостили за завтраком сумалеком (сладость из пророщенной пшеницы- на Навруз делается). Большое спасибо! Чай и пакетированный кофе бесплатно. Особенно понравился их травяной чай с молоком!
Предложили массаж 1 час за 20$ - чудесный, если будет свободное время, то обязательно попробуйте!
Попросили поселить нас в номер 8, очень его рекомендую. Другие тоже хорошие (заглянули в пустые), но этот роскошный! В отеле есть несколько уютных внутренних двориков, сидеть вечером в марте, смотреть на вечереющее небо и стрижей, а потом на звезды - это незабываемо!
Не минусы, а точки роста:
Чаи за завтраком бесплатно, в остальное время за 10 000 сум. В отелях других городов, по которым мы путешествовали в Узбекистане, чаи и другие безалкогольные напитки были бесплатными всегда и даже со всякими сухофруктами и печеньем, хотя отели были дешевле.
Кофемашина платно, 20 000 сум чашка, невкусный, лучше ходить в немецкую кофейню неподалеку.
Матрасы в номере 8 промятые, жаль.
Но в целом, благодарим Бухару и отель за чудесный отдых!
