Very bad. The employer took us Minsk-Dubai tickets through this pseudo agency. There was a single ticket Minsk-Dubai with a transfer in Kazakhstan. The ticket indicated the permissible baggage weight - 32 kg. There were no questions when landing in Minsk. But when transplanting in Kazakhstan, we were asked to pay for the preponderance! Forced to pay $170!!! According to the airline's norm, for some reason, it is not 32 kg, as indicated in the agency's ticket, but 23 kg. These are the rules of the airline It would be fine if the agency messed up with this weight and compensated for the damage. No! They began to make fools of us, from the series "it was necessary to refuse to get on a plane when transferring and deal with the airline themselves" and carried other nonsense! Talking to them is absolutely useless! They don't want to listen, they tried to push their joint on us! In the end, they stopped communicating with us at all! The issue has not been resolved! The money was not refunded! We will complain about this sharazhkin's office to the local Dubai authorities!
