A perfectly renovated polyclinic, where you will not be able to receive medical services for ECG and, practically, all blood tests. The reasons are as follows: there is no paper for the ECG machine (they offered me to buy it at a pharmacy and bring them a roll) and there are no reagents for analysis. Doctors directly offer to conduct all the necessary research in commercial clinics. The idea with the DMED app, in terms of making an appointment with a doctor, doesn't work. As the receptionist explained to me, it is necessary to register only through a personal visit to the clinic, because they and the doctors on their computers do not see my doctor's notes from home. At the same time, there is an advertisement for this application near each office as the main one for the interaction of patients with the clinic. As it is, everything is beautiful inside, cool, and the toilets are clean. If you're walking by in the heat, you can come in and relax in the cool. It seems to me that the Ministry of Health needs to take care of filling polyclinics with everything necessary for the normal work of doctors, and it is necessary to strain the developers (who received budget money for the work of the application) in terms of making it operational, necessary and useful. Polyclinic number 7 looks like a beautiful renovated building with an electronic system. But unfortunately, in fact, everything is not so. For some reason, there is a ticket machine at the entrance, which, by the way, is turned off, and in order to get a ticket, you need to go to the reception desk. Although it's not a big problem, I think that's not how it was originally planned. Secondly, the queue on the ticket does not matter. Here you come to the right office, waiting for the nurse, because she has to make an appointment for you to see a doctor. Everything is very strange, because eventually there is a problem with the queue. People say they signed up two days ago or they should come in quickly and ask. And in the end, you wait two hours to get a sick leave. The third is the indifference of employees. When I came to the clinic, I wanted to open a sick leave from yesterday, but in the end they told me that it was impossible and I had to come before 11. And how will a person with a temperature below 40 come to the clinic? But if I had put a nice piece of paper on the table, they would probably have been able to open it for me any day. The conclusion is that no electronic system will change the human factor, eliminate bureaucracy (they also sent me to scan my passport) and love beautiful pieces of paper!
