I don't recommend this place to anyone. The staff is very rude, they work slowly and actually prevent citizens from exercising their rights. Today I came to apply for an ID, and they told me that I must register in Tashkent, otherwise I allegedly have no rights. At the same time, right in front of me, one person without a residence permit calmly solved all his questions and left. I followed him out and asked how he did it. I was told that everything is done there "on the left" for money, and that if you go to office No. 6, everything will be "settled". But office No. 6 turned out to be closed from the inside, and two employees were just talking to each other. Then I went into office No. 8 and at first calmly tried to explain the situation. But instead of a normal dialogue, the employee began to push, read the law to me and say, "Learn it, then come back," while openly humiliating me. Although Resolution No. 1074 does not say anywhere that a citizen cannot be given an ID due to the lack of temporary registration. On the contrary, article 3 of this resolution states: "The absence of registration at the place of residence or place of stay cannot serve as a basis for restricting the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan." But the staff there decided that the law did not exist, and violating my rights, they simply insulted me and kicked me out. I could have continued the proceedings, but it was too late, and I didn't have the energy left to argue with people who, even if I showed them the law head-on, would still stare and pretend they didn't understand anything. It's good that I'm leaving Uzbekistan soon. In fact, our country is good, but such officials, whose eyes and pockets are greedy, and who think only of personal gain, strongly alienate people from their own country.
