The apartments were clean and cozy, with modern design and all necessary equipment. In addition, the complex had many amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym and a playground for children. I also appreciated the availability of parking and 24-hour security, which gave me a sense of security. The employees of the management company were always ready to help with any questions and problems. I appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. The playground is simply huge !!! For children of all ages - from 2 to infinity But the rear ones themselves are certainly something strange. The idea is brilliant and unusual, but not for our region. It was quite stuffy under the dome in the summer, but now it's just like outside. You need to run from the cafe to the playground. I don't want to go shopping either because of the cold.

You will literally live with these people in the same courtyard, especially the lower floors. There are chickens, dogs, cows, sheep...What's so modern about it. They would have bought these houses long ago and improved the territories, or made a good road.
